How much $$$$$ does someone need to spend in the course of a week, a month, a year , a LIFETIME at one of these places to at least receive BASIC kindness from staff?Maybe I'm from the wrong planet....or just in the wrong neighborhood.Gross

DO NOT BELIEVE FAKE 5⭐️ REVIEWSThey raised the prices to a real restaurant they reduced the size of food like you don’t understand what you ate.Recently I have to wait 20-35 min just for 4 sandwiches I asked why they say we are low staff ???????after all of this they don’t wanna pay for staff?????? This is legal stealing from people and government protects them ? horrible

Horrible service!! 1 Mc chicken & 1 Mc Double takes 15 mins to prepare. Too long of a wait, with horrible horrible service. My order was waiting for 5 mins with cold food and cold fries!! Do not go here!

Sometimes it's very dirty inside usually people sleeping in there or The same people are usually there look safety don't have a house they just stay there 24/7 it's kind of scary but I'm sanitary about 80% of the time My food comes out and complete not the way I like it All right requested the special way of making my meal but it's not properly made towards my request I have contacted them but I haven't heard back from the management ..You're always busy 24/7 there's always a drive-thru Lane and there's a line inside always concerns me that it's the only McDonald's on glenoaks within 10 Mile radius I don't understand all that money they make why can't they hire more people so they're not short and even the late night graveyard shift is very misunderstanding how you only have one worker working the register and the kitchen because my food comes out wrong most of the time they say the only accept cash not credit or vice versa is created not cash I just don't get it it's very weird but something's fishy
Horrible service my son is allergic to ketchup and does not like the buns on his burger I gave them over 3 tries to get the order right even came out of my car to help them understand what it is that I want 3 member of management helped me Maddie, George and Ana neither one of the was able to make me a simple burger with no ketchup and no bun the first time I was given one with ketchup and I told them they said we will fix it after that I was given a burger with buns and ketchup. Obviously this shows the lack of management skill and the horrible communication that untrained staff is showing. To know that this is what the world has come to when a 5 year old with allergies can't get food while his father is trying to get errans done for the day. The last shorter manager was the worse her solution to the problem was give me my money and go elsewhere. I think it was a racial issue cause the other two managers at least wanted to try to help me out it was the staff in the kitchen that were messing up the order. And to the young man that tried to help me in the beginning I do say thank you you tried to help me and walked back to the kitchen to explain but you were stopped by management.

I got in the drive thru lane -- half the screen was not working so I could not see the menu. I instead pulled into a parking space and made a mobile order. I waited 14 minutes for the mobile order, which was in a sealed bag. Drove home and half the order is missing. Called for 20 minutes over and over -- no one answered. Finally upon answering, they refused to refund part of my order because I was no longer there. Awful experience -- will never return and STAY AWAY. Literally go to any other McDonalds.

Here is a great idea you set up kiosks that only except credit or debit and not cash then ignore every customer that comes in, forcing them to use the kiosk or leave if they only have cash way to go McDonald’

Best McDonalds ever. Fries hot and fresh and expertly salted. Filet o fish perfect and customization of our burgers was spot on. Friendly and helpful staff with clean restrooms. Will be returning tonight for a late night snack after a show at the Hollywood Bowl.
