This was my first time that I came to monta factory, the second I got there I was greeted, the service is amazing and so it the food, I will definitely be coming here again.

This is an absolutely no frills restaurant with about 5 items on the menu, but they do them well. The monta (aka manti, mante) is the star of the show. Unlike other places that take a shortcut by using wonton skins, this place makes the dough from scratch and it really makes a difference. In addition to the baked monta, they also do a soup version in either tomato or yogurt. Their sou boereg ( Armenian cheese lasagna) is good also. All monta is cooked to order, so it does take a few minutes for your order to be ready, but it's totally worth the wait. Have an appetizer while waiting. You can also visit their sister restaurant in Pasadena, though it's tiny with only two tables on the sidewalk.P.S. I read some reviews saying that monta is supposed to be made with phyllo dough. Uh, no. I helped my mom and grandma make monta from scratch and they use the same dough you'll find here. And I was born in Lebanon, my grandmother was a Genocide survivor. So they know how to make it.

Just by looking at the restaurant, you would never know that it's the most DELICIOUS manti you'll ever eat!When I stopped eating meat, I never realized how many traditional Armenian dishes I'd be missing out on. This place makes up for all of that.My friend brought me here for the impossible manti and it did not disappoint. 10/10. I'll recommend it to anybody I know because of how delicious it was. The dolma was also 10/10! Thank you, Monta Factory, for giving me the food experience I've been missing!

I ordered the Hungry Monta in a large to go. The website pricing is about a dollar more than what I saw when I walked into the store. The large monta comes with 70 bite size pieces, and if i could equate it to something in size, i would say its about the size of the top part of your thumb. The sauces that it came with was a tangy red sauce, and sour cream. These tiny dumplings were delicious and definitely serves as a decent snack at parties.

It is a great Mom and Pop place and the owner spent a lot of time describing the whole menu to us.
First time eating monta. It's delicious! The people are all Wonderful too. I just wish it were closer to home! We will definitely go out of our way to return as often as possible.
The people here were very nice and have very good customer service. Food is delicious. Can’t wait to try more.

I'm impressed!!! The food is Delicious with full flavor and fresh. The customer service was excellent, friendly and helpful considering it was our first time eating here, she didn't rush us and explained what our options were. The place is spacious, clean and presentable. I HIGHLY recommended coming here if you're in Glendale!

Very nice location, great parking. We tried a reg size monta, the Eech salad, and cheesy Beoreg. All of it obviously fresh, and really tasty. We ordered the meat monta with the sauces (not on the side) and those sauces are absolutely slurpable…you want to cover the pieces all over with them! The filling was flavorful, the beoreg fluffy and the salad has a burst of brine flavors.Our order was big enough for the two of us (with a medium appetite), so if you’re a really hungry pair, I’d order a bit more. We’re not in the area often, but if we are - Monta Factory will be our stop.Interior clean and pleasant, and the service helpful and friendly.
