I love Oishi Sushi! Their sushi, sashimi and rolls are melt in your mouth! Please get their Rising Hamachi roll, Salmon carpaccio and Seared Albacore with Crispy onion! Their sushi are all delicious especially the jumbo scallop! Great service as well. Can’t wait to come back!

This sushi stop has a bit more of an open space feel than the other one about a block away. The food is great? here as well. Cool vibe inside, and I saw seating areas outside. If you feel like sushi with ambient space this is the place.Parking: There are some open spaces around the main street. Most parking is in a lot on the back streets.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly ❤️Wheelchair accessibility: A buzzer for wheelchair access would be nice, and it's a bit more open on the space side inside.

I randomly found this place on Christmas Eve while we were driving to Americana. I wanted to stop by this sushi place, and we had three different specialty sushi rolls and calamary. Sushi was decent, but Calamary, don't waste your money on tempuras. The batter is so thick, and they used old oils. I'd rather go somewhere else. The fish aren't that fresh. Not recommended here.

Best Nigiri I've had at this price point. A lot of locations will charge more for worse fish. I went with the chefs choice Nigiri Special and wowee was this a flavorful & fresh spread of sushi. I will be returning.
That fish was fresh as fresh can get, but to much distraction for their dish presentation. Save on cost with less radish and that flower thing. I'd recommend trying to embrace that concept of elegant simplicity, for the food and menu (way to many things imo)

Oishi Sushi is my go to spot when I’m in the mood for sushi. The fish is so fresh and is the best quality you will find at this price point! I love that they have low carb no rice options (the Pink Lady is my favorite). The staff are also so friendly and warm! I absolutely love my experience every time I eat at Oishi!
Wow! Please do not sleep on this place. The quality is so fresh and presentation is very neat - what we ordered:- agedashi tofu- spicy tuna salad - hot night roll- rising hamachi roll- green tea ice cream tempuraAll of these items we ordered were soooo yummy good & highly recommend each! The flavors weren't too overpowering as some places like to drench their rolls in sauce.As for the service, our server was very attentive and kind. The ambiance of the place was very intimate and inviting - interior was clean all around.We had to order another green tea ice cream tempura because it was thaaaaaat good - the portion of it was huge too! If you get it, you will know what I mean!

Great execution for an American style Japanese sushi restaurant. Focused on rolls, this place is good for families and a good option vs the super busy Korean restaurant next door. Service is friendly, ambiance and decor is Japanese wood inspired. Food isn't particularly Japanese authentic but this place is good for a business meeting or a night out.

I came here today for lunch and had a great experience! I even forgot to take pictures of the food because I was too hasty to down some sushi that I have been craving for a while now.Some of my favorites that we ordered were the Rising Hamachi Roll and Lemon Roll. The fish was really fresh, and the servers were on top of everything! I would also highly recommend the fatty tuna (toro) sushi. The presentation was fantastic!Also, the ambiance was nice, and the interior made a lasting impression. All in all, a great experience and I will definitely be back the next time I'm craving sushi as well.
