Been trying all the Mexican places in the area since I moved here last year. This is hands down the best Mexican joint in La Cresenta/ La Canada Montrose area. I ordered 4 entrees and all were excellent. My wife and baby girl agreed. I will make this my number one for Mexican going forward. Muy bueno.

Nice and comfortable restaurant with great service. Had dinner with my family last night and everything was just great. I had the green shrimp enchiladas and they were tasty! My husband had the shrimp a la Diabla and he's very spicy but delicious. Margaritas were perfect overall I would come back!

As vegans, we usually come to Pepe's for their delicious chile rellano combo meals. We thought we'd try something different this time, so we ordered the Spinach burrito and Spinach and mushroom quesadilla combo. The quesadillas had amazing flavor, and we'd definitely order them again!

My mom and I went there for dinner and decided we'd have a drink at the bar . The bartender refused to serve us alcohol because he said my 85 year old mom was inebriated. He called her out in front of others and it was embarrassing-would like to clarify my mom recently underwent cancer treatment to her eye and is now blind /disabled and that is the reason she needed to hold my hand - she can't see ! We thought it was a joke but it wasn't . The guy sitting at the bar however looked like he had tied one on and had not been cut off . The bartender offered no apology and was disinterested I will never go there again

Foid is fair. The bartender Oscar is just awful. Zero accomodation, zero customer service, zero pleasantness. He is nice to the staff but not the customers.

Great service, great atmosphere, great food! The steak and seafood taco salad are delicious! Drinks are great too...the Cadillac and strawberry margaritas are the best! The reasonable prices are just a bonus.
Pretty great casual dining experience, looking forward to doing it again sometime.

The place looked great, the service was nice, and the food was really good! Great music! Our first visit went better than expected, and we plan to come back with our whole family. PS We loved the chicarrón and guacamole appetizer and the complimentary mimosas with the breakfast menu
