Pho Hot was great! I have never had pho anywhere else besides Mama Hongs in Burbank so this is a new experience for me. Pho Hot is inside a plaza with maybe six other stores. The parking lot is a little small, but there is ample amount of parking... if you get there before 12. Once it hits 12 o'clock people just started flooding into the restaurant. We were in the mood for a lunchtime bahn mi and had already been to most of the Vietnamese places near us in Studio City, NoHo, Burbank, etc. So we Yelped and decided to check out this authentic looking place in a strip mall next to a gun shop and barber. The place was pretty busy when we arrived at 1pm on a Friday, but they sat us quickly. As we walked to our seats I saw almost everyone had bowls of pho and not bahn mi's or rice plates. Uh-oh.
