Staff are so rude. They are never helpful. They always assume you know everything about their menu. Thumbs down! ?

This place has taken a turn for the worst. Went from my favorite poke spot to an absolute disappointment. The amount of rice they serve is inconsistent, same employee put half the amount of rice they normally put. Twice I paid for a meal only to throw it away after a couple scoops. Please if you're management, retrain your employees to be consistent with the way you guys make these bowls. Also, if someone purchases 3 sauces, please stop trying to fit them into the bowl and squishing the entire thing only to realize it won't fit. Just put it in the bag. A smile goes a long way and it doesn't cost a penny. Two employees here could specifically take a lesson in appreciating customers and not treating us like we're the enemy.

The food was good, service was quick and friendly with a very nice ambiance to top it all off. Rhealyn and Gillie were sweet and helpful when creating my bowl!

Bro idk who tf was working the front last week but he was a older Indian lookin dude, helllllla rude I had thought maybe he was just the owner but still damn. But I thought nawww no way the OWNER would look that sad and rude towards customers. Felt like I was at a chipotle in the hood. Strip mall and everything. This place was soooooo much better when it was at the mall before genghis khan showed up. Idk man prices also seem like they went up but hey iNfLaTiOn right ‍

Food is out of this world, the staff however does not have a good attitude.

First time here, gate say it's one of the other best poke places I've ever been to.They're really fast and well prepared. I got a medium with salmon and tuna. They were very generous with the toppings which was great

I was skeptical of the food because the restaurant itself did not smells very good. It was a bit of a dank / sour fishy smell that should be fixed. But the food was good, the portion size was also good.

Poke N Roll is the definition of a hidden gem. Located in a tiny strip mall with limited parking, the restaurant is easy to overlook but well worth a try. Their ingredients are always incredibly fresh, from the crispy onion toppings to the warm and fluffy bed of rice underneath it all. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for!!

This is my second time coming to Poke N Roll and I am obsessed. The service is always on point, fish is fresh, and portions are massive. I got a small portion but the box was filled to the brim! I got the ponzu sauce and house poke... bomb!!

My favorite poke place, hands down. The location is in a small shared parking lot with a couple of other business, the parking situation isn't the best as the lot is small and the street parking can be quite busy. I've gotten delivery from here many times before and have used their online ordering option for pick up a couple of times - never really had any issues other than parking. The unique thing about this place is that they give you the option to bake any of your fish selections (for an additional fee) and they also have tempura options (shrimp and salmon) to add to your bowl, almost all poke places I've been to mostly only provide raw fish options. They have bases such as white rice, brown rice, spring mix, or a combo of three. They have quite a variety of toppings as well. It's pricey but for the variety of options they provide I'll keep coming back.

I'm confused how many of the reviews here are so over-inflated. The bowl I got was a solid 3.25/5. Maybe they're ordering a different type of fish. I got spicy albacore and tuna with every topping and the spicy poke sauce (per the worker's recommendation) and found it way too sweet. From looking at menus from 1-2 years ago, seems like prices have gone up a lot recently. A medium bowl with no extra is $16 now compared to $12 1-2 years ago. That's not a fault of theirs as it's probably due to the staffing shortage and inflation, but just know that the pictured prices don't match up with current prices. This is pretty much a pick up place, but there is some very limited seating if you want to eat inside.

Tastes really good, except we saw a fly in the salmon bowl, and we found hair in the box.
