Always Caffeinated

Maybe I’m not a fan of smash burgers or this place is overhyped. ?‍♀️

DISGUSTING

My smash burger was good. Chicken sandwich was dry. Small place, limited parking and long waits on weekends. I waited an hour and half for my food. Down to try again when they got more established with more cooks and staff.

I can see why y'all rave about this burger, it's real good. We are on a burger crawl since moving here and this one is in the top 3 for us. The guy taking our order was kind and honest (let us know it would be a wait up to 30 mins) but it came out sooner than expected. It was crispy, juicy, cheesey and just a damn good burger.

Let me start by saying the food is okay. However, is the food worth waiting 1 hour and half? NO. The service is terrible we ordered loaded fries. No forks and they were freezing cold.Honestly not coming back. Terrible, is not enough to say

Came here to try their burgers after seeing a video on instagram. Had high expectations but the burgers were just okay. The smash burger doesn’t taste anything special and it’s pretty small/thin. The chicken burger is dry and small as well. Had high expectation for the Brussels sprouts but a lot of them are overcooked and just taste bitter. Overall a bit disappointed. Folks that work there are nice though. Also, the food is on the pricier side. I’d say Wendy’s chicken sandwich gives me more surprise than the chicken sandwich here. I spent 30 dollars for one double smashed burger, one chicken sandwich and one order of Brussel sprouts and they didn’t really stuff me.

Place is overhyped. Food is tasty, but not worth the price. Service at Glendale location was terrible. They said they would bring our food out when it was ready and we ended up waiting half an hour, only to find out that our food was sitting there inside and that it needed to be picked up. The menu was also hard to follow. Just go to in-n-out and and save yourself some dough and hassle.

My first time visiting this place that was recommended to me by TikTok.I'd like to start off by saying this spot was located in a small shopping center and the restaurant was in a confined corner of the mall. There weren't many places to eat if you chose to dine in because the restaurant itself is very small. When it came to customer service, the cashier was helpful and kind considering that the place was very busy and they seemed short staffed (around 3-5 people from what I can see).Lastly, the food. I absolutely loved it despite the long wait time. It's everything I could have wanted from a smash burger. The sauce, the patties, the buns, all of it was delicious.I can't really fault this restaurant because it seemed that they weren't very prepared to have the social media crowd overfill their accommodations, but i gotta say they dealt with it and made due. In the end, their food is very good and I recommend it but mainly for takeout in advance.

Place is way overhyped. Burger was ok. Fried chicken sandwich is just some generic tenders on a potato roll. Fries weren’t in any way special and were served cold (they did replace them). Biggest miss here is the actual restaurant. Located in a small dank plaza, virtually no place to sit, zero atmosphere, and there is no bathroom anywhere remotely close. Furthermore, the place is dirty AF. The tank top wearing greasy faced cook had me leery of hygiene standards. The garbage can was overflowing during my entire visit despite employees walking by it several times. Maybe the LA location does it better but this one is a place to avoid. I have no idea how they scored an A inspection rating.

Food was delicious and the staff was great! We got four cheeseburgers with various toppings, loaded fries, and Brussels sprouts. We got a side of the fry sauce, which I strongly recommend. The burgers were tasty and not too greasy, and the flavor was great. The loaded fries definitely put in n out to shame! And I loved that they have brussels sprouts, which is so uncommon in a burger place. They were crispy, not greasy, at all, and packed full of flavor. We came out on a very rainy night and the cashier who rang us up was really helpful and friendly. She helped us get setup to dine inside instead of dining in our car in the pouring rain. We’d happily come here again!

Very overrated. Went as a group of five and no one was impressed. Very very smashed burger. Not much to it. In our group, no one wants to go back.
