Cookie is good but the customer service wasn't good. The lady who tried to help me ordering was acting very lazy because I was trying to get customized dozens of cookies for gifts. She was trying to make me assorted and hurry up order. I've been buying a cookie there for years so very disappointed.

Unfortunately this review is not based on their cookies but rather on their honesty. One of their delivery trucks hit my mother-in-law, popped a U-turn and left. That's considered a hit and run. We got the license plate of the truck. When I called the company, the manager tried to hide the fact that she knew about the accident. Then she said "Oh no he never hit you". I understand that while the driver may have panicked, the fact that the manager clearly knew about the accident and lied about what she knew is dishonest. Shame on this company for that. I wouldn't want to give my business to a company that lies like this.

Omg, the cookies are amazing. Try the lemon cookie!! We got a free cookie to try and opted for lemon poppyseed cookie. Great, friendly service. If you ever go to Burbank go to Snooki's Cookies

I love love love the customer service. Every time that I have stopped by to order something, I am always greeted with a smile. My favorite cookie has to be the simi-sweet chocolate chip cookie. The store is always clean, and everyone is practicing social distancing. Many times I have shared my cookies with family members, and they always love the cookies

I got a basket for Christmas and was sorely disappointed. The cookies taste like store bought (the ones from the shelves), too sweet and hard. Tollhouse baked cookies taste better. I thought Snookies were supposed to be one of the best. I can’t recommend them to anyone.

Same experience as the previous reviews. We told them we were outside for curbside pick up since they’re closed inside. They said it would be a minute. 30 minutes later and we had to remind them. We were then handed a box with foil. Cookies were cold like they were thawing out from the freezer and they didn’t have the time to even warm them in the microwave. They tasted disgusting. Plus no apology for us waiting 30 mins. Also, we parked in the side parking lot and we were able to see employees just sit around. Don’t waste your time and skip this place.
