I've been going to this location for years and never had a problem until today. I ordered the Holiday Chestnut Praline Latte drink. The only things I asked for were light ice and No whip cream. I'm not sure how that translated to Vanilla Latte but it did and I get mistakes happen. I came back and let the barista know my drink was a mistake.She remakes my drink and I notice she did not add anything to it except sweetener. The other Starbucks at Macy’s is better than this one. They got our order wrong!!? Me and my friend both ordered a Turkey Provolone & Pesto on Ciabatta and it looked nothing like it!! It was so expensive. It looked appetizing in the ad but bad in real life. I was looking forward to eating that but it looked like the breakfast thing at McDonald’s?!! the worst starbucks, they customer service is completely terrible. very rude and disrespectful. talks with a bad attitude definitely the guy with curly hair. told my friend they had no dragon fruit then i see someone else with a dragon fruit. they were out of everything and gave me my drink in a small and i wanted a grande. they give dirty looks. dont ever go here!
