Straightforward teriyaki spot with a very casual vibe and quick service. I came for lunch and the portion sizes were really good. I ordered the chicken teriyaki and I got four full thighs with a large rice portion as well as a small salad and tempura shrimp and veggies. The sauces were great - I definitely recommend the spicy teriyaki sauce!Parking was easy during lunch but I imagine it’s tough in the evenings or weekends since it’s so close to shopping at the Americana and the Galleria.Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options but limited.Parking: There are nearby lots and garages since you’re close to the Galleria and Americana but availability really depends on the crowds. Metered street parking is also available

This is by far the best teriyaki chicken bowl I have ever had and I have had plenty in my lifetime. It's always fresh and delicious, always arrives piping hot and is very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The beef and chicken skewers and rice was tasty. The tempura was a bit soggy and not as flavorful. Staff was friendly. There is a restroom in the back.

I was charged $3.50 for on soda which is a major rip off plus got changed .75 cents for the transaction fee for not using cash. There is no where to park so you have to pay for parking. The inside sitting area is very tacky how they put a removable wall for the storage room to keep their extra food supplies which is so tacky and low class. The painters were so sloppy there is paint left all over the hardwood flooring which looks so low class. The cashier girl is very unfriendly and just hates her job which doesn't help with the vibe When you're paying $14.00 per meal plus $3.50 for soda plus 0.75cent transaction fee = Rip off There is something wrong with the soda machine because it doesn't taste like real pespi it has a very weird taste.

The skewers here are delicious and the price to portion ratio is fair. Definitely a repeatable and enjoyable lunch and dinner option.

3.5 stars. The food is ok. The bbq korean ribs were good except the tempura was really hard and stale. On all our combos. The chicken breaded cutlets were pretty good too. The sauces were delicious and salad dressing! The place itself was not tidy and kinda dirty. Even the counter area was sticky. I guess i'd come back again.. just take it to go.. and if they make the tempuras edible. ;)

A Consistent Gem with Delicious TeriyakiEvery now and then, you come across a place that simply gets it right, and that's exactly how I feel about this hidden gem. I have been a regular at this establishment, and they have consistently provided an experience that's worth celebrating. From the moment you step in, it's evident that they take their commitment to consistency seriously. Not only do they offer hours that cater to those of us who work late, but they also manage to maintain their quality throughout. The food here is consistently outstanding, and I can't get enough of their signature teriyaki sauce. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that they should seriously consider bottling it - I'd be the first in line to purchase it! Their vegetable tempura is a standout delight, showcasing a perfect balance between crispiness and flavor.Speaking of teriyaki, their teriyaki chicken has captured my heart and palate. It's evident that they put care into every aspect, down to the house dressing on their salad. Each bite is a testament to their dedication to delivering flavorful and well-prepared dishes. One of the reasons I keep returning is the diversity of their menu. While I tend to gravitate towards my favorite - the number 3 white meat chicken teriyaki with rice, vegetable tempura, salad, and gyoza - there's a plethora of options waiting to be explored. And yet, I find myself sticking with what I love, as it never fails to satisfy. In conclusion, this place has earned its place on my list of favorites due to their unwavering commitment to delivering a consistently delightful dining experience. Their hours, their scrumptious teriyaki offerings, and their meticulous preparation keep me coming back for more. If you're in search of a reliable and delicious spot that doesn't disappoint, you owe it to yourself to give this place a try. Please note that this review reflects my personal experiences and tastes. Your own experience may vary, but I truly believe that this place is worth checking out.

Don't recommend sign said they were open I drove all the way from Santa Barbara to try and they closed the door just as I was walking up at 1pm on a Tuesday. Wish I could have tried the food. The new place right next door was amazing would recommend them.
