I’d give a zero if I could. Cashier took my order wrong and then the red haired employee gave my partner attitude when he went up to correct it. Don’t see why immediately jumping to blaming the customer is their go to but it’s unacceptable if we’re paying for their drinks…He approached with no attitude too so to get it back is no good. Do better??????

Donnovan has great customer service when I visit the Americana. She helped me with buying boxes of banana bread for gifts for my friends. She is kind and helpful when I visit.

We just left coffee bean and very disappointed at the treatment we got. The server Donnovon (however u spell it) gave both me and my friend complete attitude for no reason whatsoever. She was being disrespectful, and rude coming at my friend when all he did was ask innocently where his Swedish tea was, since our order had arrived and the tea was missing. She turned around with complete attitude and was like: "That's my station, I'm in charge of that, thank u." And she threw the drink in front of our face and turned to her Russian friend and they both giggled together. This is the very opposite of customer service--and on Christmas Eve of all times! This is an abomination for the service industry. People like her are really trying to get fired. This is really what it seemed liked. The management should be ashamed for hiring people like this and making coffee bean look bad.

Geez!! I just grabbed a sleeve from the counter for my ice drink and the employee lectured me that I should not grab it myself. Excuse me, you guys didn't even provide the straw for us to grab either. I have to wait for you to go inside the kitchen to get me the straw. Wasting my time!! Feel like the store employees assume everyone can potentially steal any of the utensil inside the store. The ice mint mocha drink I've ordered was way too sweet, which got me stopped drinking it. Feel regret of giving them a dollar tip while ordering the drink. Never want to come back again!!

Abby was so nice I just had to tip them lol. Drinks were great English muffin was great Abby recommended the jazmine green tea which was great And most importantly, great costumer service from everyone I freaking love places like that

I like to take my coffee from this branch, but today, 10/19/2023 @ 9:00 pm the service was very bad ,the problem from the Manger (lady) she was very Annoying and she can't believe her self I'm the Manger,please if any one read my feedback From the management tell her take it easy .....the employees very nice but the Manger unfortunately ?
Unfortunately their service is slowest you'll ever see. The staff has been consistently slow since post pandemic. Employees change but even the newer ones are slow. They just can't handle morning rush, people at nursing homes move faster than the staff at coffee Bean Americana.

great hours at this location and a decent amount of seating. the location is busy but they have wifi. the latte is decent and they have a solid selection of food items as well. i appreciate that they warm up pastries and sandwiches.

I've always came to this Coffee Bean location every since Americana was built. However, yesterday was not a good experience for me. The service was very unprofessional and I thought it was quite silly especially being a VIP customer at coffee bean. This has happened before with another location but this happening again is irritating. I ordered two drinks a mango iced drink and a small hot chocolate with half powder and oatmilk. So anyways, the order was ready and I tried my hot chocolate and it was very sweet. I went back to tell the guy and when I went to him he acted like he did not just take my order and asked what I ordered. I said, "my drink is wrong" and he said, " oh I did not make your drink," which I thought was very childish and unprofessional. I tell him I wanted half powder and he said next time tell me, you didn't tell me that. So I'm telling him how I want my order and I said I wanted oatmilk then he said oh you didn't say oatmilk, I didn't charge you for that. I'm like this is very petty when I know for sure what I ordered mainly because of my health reasons. He just kept saying "NEXT TIME" because he was afraid to admit that he was wrong. Very sad for customers who support coffee bean, especially those customers who come all the time. I did not get the guys name because I didn't even think of it , but I did express my feelings to him. It's very simple to just remake a drink without telling the customer anything or going back and forth. It's very immature and lacks professionalism. I did not get his name but he was thin, average height, mustache, and with his hair in a bun. I noticed that he was really the problem after my friend and I dined in to finish our drinks. The line was very long when he took the orders and took a while for him to complete orders. Also, the inside was not that clean. Trash was running over and the tables needed to be cleaned off. The reason I gave a 2 star is because the female barista was very nice, and made sure she corrected my order right. Very nice and professional lady. Did not know her name but she had red shoulder length hair. Overall, I will go to the other coffee bean inside the Glendale Galleria. It's a turn off for me when customer service is unprofessional. -Marshay

Terrible coffee. Milk is so hot that it feels like they are brought to a boil. There is no coffee inside at all. It's like one milk and that tasteless. I took a regular classic latte.
