As many other reviews have mentioned, the store and kitchen are gross and dirty looking. You get the sense they cook in unsanitary conditions. I ordered one of the burritos, and it was a lukewarm mess, some ingredients were cold. There is much better food nearby, I would avoid great white hut.

So disappointed. Usually this place is really good but today wasn't. We both got the California burrito and did take out. Opened it within five minutes and it is completely cold. Not even made fresh. It's not like it cooled down. The fries were cold so clearly they were made a while ago. The meat is cold. The tortilla is like it wasn't even warmed up. It's like they made the burrito someone didn't pick it up and they put it in the fridge.

this is 2nd time happening we order burrito and we order extra sauces on side they charge for that but after delivery we don't get the sauces

Love this place! Affordable and delicious food. They even have a taco Tuesday! I got the breakfast burrito with no meat and it was just what I needed. Great employees at this location. Great experience.

I used to love this place. Maybe about a year ago it started going down hill. I have called many times to order for pick up and usually cannot get through. They claim the phone was not working and did not ring. Wonder if the owner knows how easy it is to unplug the phone or cares. The fries are either cold or at least very brown from all the old grease. You lost me.

I really like coming to this place. The food is always really good, and it is definitely a "no frills" place, it is food as you actually need it. They do not try to grab your attention by sticking Flamin' Hot Cheetos on everything. You want a good burger and fries? Perfect this is it. You want some carne asada or chicken tacos? They got it. Quesadillas? Burritos? Yup, that too. I would say the frilliest thing about this place is the Fritas, loaded fries in different varieties, I really like the Americano. There are two locations in Glendale, the one only slightly closer to me does not have its own parking, save for maybe two stalls. This one, however, shares the parking lot with a few other businesses across from Glendale Community College. Super easy to get into, they have tables indoors and outdoors, but I usually order mine for pick up. Be warned, their cheese quesadilla is loaded with onions. I am talking loads and loads of onions it should really be onions with cheese and a tortilla, so if you do not like onions in your 'dilla, then I suggest you let them know you would like it without.

They are very stingy on salsa. Ordered for 4 people (4 different entrees) and they refused to give us more than 3 small salsas. Also said we couldn't buy any. Not going back.
That woman & older gentleman are very rude they put way too much sauce on my food and when I said something they cursed me out in Spanish just horrible and gave me my $$$ back in stead of fixing my order I told him I come here all the time I'm gonna speak with the owner, he said F*** the owner I couldn't believe it. I can bet my life on it they are working illegally at this establishment I'm working on finding out! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

They "run out of water cup for the day". So what? Give us a soda cup? You worried we're gonna steal your soda? It's your customers fault that you are out of cups and they're gonna be eating salty foods with out a drink? And then automatically add a 12% tip on a togo order while you did nothing is unacceptable.

Had the sunrise loaded fries and it was AMAZING . Thanks for the great food and good vibe.. music playing outside was a nice touch too. Cool hut definitely recommend coming if you are in the Glendale area

Tried several times to call around 8pm when the business is supposed to be open until 8:30. Drove over in person before 8:15 and the door was locked. The manager tried to shoo me away before sending an employee to tell me they decided to close early in favor of fulfilling more online orders. Manager refused to come to the door. Congratulations on losing regular customers.

I currently have COVID and quarantining at home. I asked my spouse to please bring breakfast tacos from this restaurant, he arrived at 8:09pm, the restaurant closes at 8:30. He was denied service, the manager's reason being that they had online orders to fill and closing business early. They would not take his order. This makes zero sense from a business standpoint. We get food here all the time, no more.
