Horribly experience and first time! Felt and most likely discriminated! Cute girls get full service- if you ain’t good looking (girl) they ain’t cooking! Had to ask for missing ingredients, had to come back for my drink, then get home and realized they didn’t even add bread reinforcing again lack of service- worst in form of discrimination! The cute girls got asked, made sure everything was added correctly and if they wanted extra, and made warm for the same I and one of them got lol! ?? I get it but god dam atleast do the fluffing minimum! For managers- I came feb. 14th 7:23pm- look at schedule and yes those two bums on schedule- waiting for my refund!
This is a healthy alternative if you eat out a lot. It's salad based, then they put in top ur choice of meat and sauces. Counter girl was very friendly. Large dining area. Paid parking on Brand Blvd.

This place is going downhill. Customer service was careless. And worse, I discovered a piece of glass in the platter. This is dangerous. I’m not buying food here anymore.

I was literally the #1 fan of halal guys until this weekend where their food gave me food poisoning and I was THROWING UP all night. I would even drive all the way from SFV just to eat here. I recommended this place to all of my friends and family and now they totally did me dirty...they leave their beef out for far too long on their hot plate not paying attention that bacteria can grow just leaving meat out like that...last time I'll ever be coming here.
The food is ok but definitely needs their white sauce. Nothing special and for the price you would expect to get something special. Now on to service, I placed an order online at 6 pm, was told that it would be ready at 615, I showed up at 620, turns out they hadn't even started on my order. Then because they just wanted to get me out they prepped just two of my items and tried to get me to go, even though I had already paid for my entire order. I didn't get my full order until 645, this after putting in my order at 6. Simply put this location should be closed down.

Excellent chicken sandwich (wrap)! Great sauces to get the sweet and savory to your liking...but the best part of HGs in Glendale on Brand is Gil and Claudia who prepared my food and were exceptionally friendly and professional. See you next week!
