Half a chicken plate for $15.99 w/three falafels & tax for $24.00!!! The biggest rip-off! Not enough to feed even one person! Not too long ago, the prices were better and the portions sufficient for at least one person. Instead of staying about the same or improving, it’s gone way downhill! Not worth it at all! My mother and I will never return there! Such greed and rudeness manifests itself in no respect for the customers at all. A zero on a scale of 1-10!
I had a shawerma sand was so poorly done and very little beef I was testing the pita bread I won't go back.

One of the only places open Christmas Day and they were BUSY! Big props to the staff working and getting out orders not only fast, but delicious and full of flavor! I only wish that this chain was in Indiana :
I drive to Glendale instead of the Hollywood location....by FAR way better service, and they actually give you extra garlic sauces, unlike the one in Hollywood....they charge you for even thinking about asking for a second

Very slow, it took over 20 mins to get my order. Chicken was perfect but the pita bread was cold, served in a bag from the producer. To-go orders should get warm bread just like in the restaurant. Onions on the salad were quite raw. Grilled Tomato wasn’t charred and still raw inside.Parking is an issue. Overall quality of this location was inferior to others, will not visit again. Also, annoyed that I downloaded the app but didn’t get reward points.

Been coming here since I was a teenager and the food has always been good and exceeded my expectations. If you get the plates you will end up with more food than if you get the wraps. The only negative part about this place is the parking. Many different stores in this place and not enough parking spaces. There are one or two handicapped spots too which are always full so try to find a spot even if it’s further away from the store.
