They ALWAYS forget something of my order... & the shake machine is ALWAYS "broken" when we ALL know it's just cuz " their lazy & don't want to clean it" is what we were told. So now it's became a joke. We ask everytime.
Food was as expected. Only reason I gave 4 stars for service was because they took awhile and seemed a bit confused with their orders. We had a drive through order and they had us wait out front for awhile. I think it was closer to 20 minutes. But in their defense we did have quite a few quarter pounders.Kid-friendliness: They have kid friendly meal options. This one also has an indoor play area with both a small jungle gym and touchscreen electronics.

Hopefully, the service we experienced at this was an isolated incident. We had to wait approximately 15 minutes for coffees and two bagel sandwiches. The young counter helper apologized to us and a few customers who followed us.
