We had the salmon & shrimp ceviche and it was really good and fresh. We never had salmon ceviche so it was a pleasant surprise. The presentation was nice as well. They also gave us plenty on the serving size. We then shared the paella which didn’t seem to be a traditional paella (based totally on me seeing how it’s prepared on Food Network?) but it was AWESOME. We love Bossa Nova, meals are always satisfying, fresh and the price is on point. Avery was our server last time we were there and she excelled at customer service and friendliness. The place is just perfect for a casual dinner with friends or a celebration.

Good food, summer beets is awesome i love it. Serving is huge, it can be shared in my opinion. Cheese bred roll is very soft, sundried pasta is good as well. Stroganoff here is sort of different than the one that i have tried before in other places, this one is kind of sour.
