“Literally one of the best pizza places I’ve ever tried. Wide variety of selection of food, not just pizza. They have pastas, salads, fries, wings, etc. The food is delicious and the service is top-notch. Couldn’t recommend it more. Met the owner my first time there, and whenever I’m in the area it’s a must for me to get food, whether I’m dining in or taking it to go.“
“Catered for my daughters first birthday, everyone absolutely loved it! Pizza is fresh and the dough is sooo good! We ordered 25 boxes of Pizza and had it delivered to Pleasonton.I would recommend Rayos to anyone who is planning pizza for a party. They worked with us to create a menu and were super helpful!“
“Small classic trucker diner tucked in an industrial area, with a twist. You can get breakfast plates, breakdast sandwiches, and breakdast burritos(my go to), some Mexican plates, kbbq plates, burgers, sandwiches, and various other type of meat burgers. I typically go for breakfast and the whole family enjoys their plates. Can't order online, but does take credit card and a definite small business worth your time.Parking: It is on a corner lot and easily accessible from either direction. Have never had difficulty parking.“
“I lived in the East Bay for 20 years. I would go to Val's early on Sat for breakfast when I would either have a Denver Omelet or steak & eggs. If I were taking a long day trip it would be the steak since that would last until I got home. When I would walk in the lady at the counter would ask "Denver or steak?" Sometimes I would have a chocolate shake for breakfast since their shakes are, or were excellent. I moved away from the area around 20 years ago, I've always compare every place to Val's & none came close.“
“I have been passing by this place for a few months and kept saying to myself that I would stop in and try it out. Finally, I had some extra time on my way home, so I stopped in and ordered some food. Very old fashioned establishment that reminded me of a Foster's Freeze. They have plenty of options for food and desserts. I went with the quarter pound bacon cheeseburger and spicy fries. The food came out piping hot and delicious! The price was a little more than I was expecting as the burger, fries, and a drink ran me about $20! I should've grabbed pics of the menu since most of the featured ones are pretty old. I saw a few people eating these ice cream cones that had a mountain of soft serve coming out the top! Definitely need to try one next time. The burger and toppings were super fresh and well cooked. I would've liked my bun toasted a little more. The bacon had a great texture and tasted amazing, not that floppy, thin, tasteless stuff that some burger joints use. The spicy fries were potato wedges with a sort of cajun seasoning that gave them a very slight spice. They were crispy but also pillowy and delicious!Plenty of parking behind the restaurant. I will definitely be back again, but more so as a treat to myself.“
“Mmmm!! That's a good burger!! It's a pretty seedy environment, but hey, this is Hayward. Order your burger, get the little buzzer they give you, and go wait in the car, if you have one, and walk up to the window when it's ready. It sure beats anything from any of those ultra corporate fast food places. Pretty much take out only.“
“WOW!!! Just wow!!! These were the most delicious burgers and tacos I’ve ever had!! We’ve lived in Hayward for a few years and my boyfriend recommended Cecil’s burgers and let me tell you… it did not disappoint! My only regret is only getting 1 taco instead of 3! Already looking forward to our next visit. Would HIGHLY recommend!!“
“I ordered the most amazing Pesto Veggie Benedict. It was outstanding! My husband ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs. The steak was the size of a salad plate... way too much for one person to eat. I'll definitely order the Benedict again, but he won't order the steak. We weren't impressed with their choice of music. Thus, they only get 2 stars for atmosphere.“
“Brand new burger spot in the new apartment complex on FootHill just outside the downtown portion of Hayward. Just a note - there's a Chipotle right next door. Parking is a bit tight but the staff is fantastic. They were very attentive and professional. They cooked me a great burger, made a nice shake and gave me the perfect crispy fries. This location didn't disappoint.“
“Go-to spot for lunch in Hayward! I work close by and Bay City Bistro is my go-to spot for lunch. Great diversity of menu items (sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads, bowls... they're always changing it up with new specials too to keep things interesting), super friendly staff, fast service, and consistently good quality keep me coming back every week. Check it out if you're in the area!“
“Don't like their burgers, but the staff were friendly and their drinks machine is amazing. Try the pomagranate Aha with Ginger Ale. 3/5 Aha and the rest ginger ale... you're welcome! All food is expensive, but 5 guys is ridiculous.“
“I can only speak about one item and that is the Flamin' Chicken. It's the bomb! Amazing combo of veggies they include in there and are very generous of them all! It's perfect if you like spicy foods, veggies and chicken sandwiches!“
“The environment was really nice and so was the whole fast food place it felt very clean. The cashier was super patient and nice and made sure that we had our exact order that we wanted. We had a lot to order but she stayed patient with us the whole time. The food came out pretty quickly and was delicious. You can see them cook your food right in front of you. They have peanuts that are free and you can eat while waiting and a soda fountain. This is making five guys one of my favorite restaurantsParking: Was able to park right outside and there was a lot of available parkingKid-friendliness: There's crayons and small index sized cards where you can color and put it on the wall. Very kid friendly“
“We go to this location every now and then as it is conveniently located for us and we try not to do a lot of fast food. The dining room seems to be always clean. The customer service is usually good as most of the workers are friendly. There is a medium-sized parking lot so there is always free onsite parkingParking: Plenty of parking, around 20-30 spots“
“It is what you expect. If you like Carl's, you'll like what you get here. I love coming by to get my favorite burgers. The staff was quick as usual. The prices are getting a little too high. I almost spent $20 on a medium meal. This is not exclusive to Carl's. We're seeing this across a bunch of other fast food chains.“
“Came here on a random Saturday midday. Located inside "Dirty Bird". Cool spot with great ambiance. Ordered the garlic parmesan wings and nachos. Both were absolutely delicious. Nachos were unlike I've ever had. It had BBQ sauce which I'm not typically a fan of but this time it worked. Will definitely be back.“
“I was very surprised. The burgers from this place are great. I was complaining to myself about the price, but when I saw the size of my burger and took a bite, It was worth every penny. This is my new go-to spot for a great bacon cheeseburger. ?“

“The restaurant is like my other home. I eathere, nearly twice or thrice a week. The food is so yammy. Cleanliness and the general outlook of the restaurant is outstanding. The best employees ever, serving every customer with smile and hospitality. The entertainment is also superb, as both TV's plays sports n music simultaneously.A great place to have any meal of the day, either alone or with family.Vegetarian options: Vegie burger an option with friesParking: GoodKid-friendliness: Friendly staff with ice cream on hand and pastries for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Great space for movement“
