A busy Sunday about 12:45 pm, place was busy yet we were seated immediately. Service was excellent from the beginning! Food was great, and we were taken care of by a team of servers the entire time we were there. Our assigned server, Yarery, went above and beyond. A great place, we'll be back!

On Christmas Eve I was taken to IHOP for lunch the waitress was wonderful the food was excellent and the ambiance was quiet and relaxing. Thanks IHOP I didn't have to cook a holiday meal. Ordered a phone order they were nice and polite over the phone however I asked for well done sausage they barely seemed cooked had to throw themIn the air fryer. Wonka pancakes there a 6 out of ten only gave me one wonka sauce needed atleast two.
