Miss Ofelia is professional. She is always kind & willing to help with any questions that I may have . The food is 10/10. This place is great. I’d recommend the chicken/steak bowl! :)

I was first greeted as I entered through the main doors of the restaurant, I was more than pleased to be greeted in such mannerly conduct. Nonetheless, a memorable interaction with the staff was an individual whom I believe went by the name of Aileen, she performed her mannerly duties with such excellence and navigated me through the menu. I’m not really from this area, I just have family here in Hemet so when I went to this location the other day I was pleasantly surprised with how amazing the staff was. Aileen, in particular, was conversational, friendly, and overall had amazing costumer service traits to the point that I wrote this review, which is something I don’t do often. Definitely one of the better experiences I have ever had at a Waba Grill, 10/10.
