The chicken last night was so greasy and so over-cooked that you could barely bite into it. The complete meal was messy. Had to throw it away. Not edible. Wish I had taken a picture of it. Also no one on line. After waiting at first window and no employee, drove up the pick up window. Female employee refused to take my payment. Made me back up all the way to the first window. Worst customer service EVER, over charged me and didn't give me all items. Took two hours of calling to get anyone to answer. When I did the shift lead "Kevin" was extremely rude and told me I didn't order correctly. When I asked for a manager to call me back he hung up on me. Absolutely the worst place for fast food! Go ANYWHERE else!!'

Look never really complain but have no clue if the Bowls are supposed to come half filled but hardly get KFC and my bowls are barely even filled feel like a door dash order just curios didn’t have to be filled busting out but it really was
