The manager likes to hang out in the drive-thru rather than handle the front counter and line cooks. She was clueless and kept dropping the ball and responsibility on the front counter girl . The young lady on the front counter was amazing even during the confusion of orders being given out incorrectly. I am a fan of the chicken. I have been getting ghost pepper wings and now the sweet and spicy ones come out which are fire. My only complaint is that Popeyes doesn't let you access the app when you pay cash. I had an offer off on wings I couldn't use as well as get points. They should let you scan your rewards.
