12/3/23, I went inside to pickup my order. While waiting at the counter, I couldn’t help but notice the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floors were clean and so were the food prep areas. I should have known the minute I walked in by the smell of rancid oil. But I still went through with it. All the staff was wonderful and right on top of it, but you could tell the oil was old and gravy was burnt.I asked for original and got crispy. The chicken was very very dry.

I walked into the store. No one acknowledged my presence. One worker took a ToGo curbside order out. I stood there a total of 3-4 minutes +. Zilch. I won't be back to this location. I went somewhere else to get dinner.
