My daughter treated me to a birthday dinner at Running Rooster. It is located in downtown Hollister. The restaurant has ample seating and a nice bar. Parking is somewhat limited, but there is generally street parking available.I started off with a glass of DeRose Parróne Blend. We ordered two appetizers: Chips & Dips from the standard menu and Lobster Mac from their special menu. Good food and great bar! It's pricey, but I would still encourage you to go and try it out. I love a good meal and I'm always looking for good food and drinks. If you're in Hollister, this is definitely a spot that you should check out.
This is a nice restaurant with an extensive menu. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. When I got here there was a twenty minute wait. Once I was seated, I ordered a lemonade with no ice, which tasted good, and the Rocky Balboa pizza, which is a pizza with honey glaze, salami, cheese, and pepperoni.
