So, I placed an order around 11:40pm. Nothing out of the ordinary, just 15 wings, all drums, well done with ranch. I go and pick up my order at the time I was supposed to, right. So, I'm trying to fill my soda, but their is no ice. I ask for ice and they said that they'll bring some out. Suddenly, I had this feeling that I sould check my order. Food is fine. But the service is awful. I ordered online and was told roughly 20 minutes until the foods ready. I went in around 20 minutes later and was told 5-10 minutes it will be ready. Well 30 minutes later and 2 or 3 people coming back with a wrong order after picking it up, I finally receive my order. Go home, suprise suprise. They messed my order up too. I went 15 minutes before they closed. The fries were old. The chicken was over fried and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. The customer service was great. I probably will not go back.
