Whatever happened to customer service? Why any business would choose to lose a local regular customer over a trivial thing that doesn't cost Panda Express an extra penny, nor effort, is beyond me.I ordered a large a la carte box and asked for half String Bean Chicken and half Kung Pao. A la carte is charged by the container, and I wasn't asking for any premium items, so the 1/2 & 1/2 would have cost the same as any one item.. Yet they refused, saying they can't do that. She asked me if I was gonna eat it in the restaurant or if I was taking it to go and I told her to go and she didn't provide me with a fork or any napkins. Thanks for making me wait to eat my lunch. Ridiculous.

I've been coming here for a while and I have to say the service is quick and the staff is very friendly. The food is very good and hits the spot when you're starving will definitely be coming back.
