First timer yesterday. Wasn't too tough to figure their food procedure. Got the burrito: beef barbacoa and the works...with guacamole @$2 extra. So for over $14 I got 1 burrito. Could have had it in a bowl also. Soda bar with plastic utensils and napkins. Spillage on the floor. Conclusion: Boy did we love it! We're so excited to have the New Chipotle by our home. We have been there 3 times now and are very disappointed. There are always plenty of staff there but all three times we went around 6:30 PM the place was a dirty mess. The drink station had trash around it and ice everywhere,out of tea. My husband likes Coke Zero and two of the three times they were out. It was hard to find a clean table even though we were the only ones in there. Trash cans full.
