Not completely gone to hell but definitely can use improvement STARTING with staff ..literally it was only one employee. My daughter stood in the lobby for some time completely deserted. I literally laid on the car horn. Then once I looked over the pizza immediately was disappointed that the onions on our BBQ chicken pizza (??first time trying?) were black..literally burnt?. The pizza is good... though when I got there, I had to call them to let them know I was waiting outside despite I already confirmed with the App. Finally the condiments are on sale. Condiments makes our food catered to our liking. It just feels wrong.
