We just landed in LA, got our rental, and were looking for breakfast. I was craving a breakfast burrito. We found Puerto Nuevo Coffee and Tacos on Google. All three of us ordered breakfast burritos but with different proteins. Best menudo in this part of LA. They also have fresh made jugos (juice for you gringos) but if you are hung over the buzzing of the juice machine will give you a headache. I recommend sitting outside and striking up a convo with the regulars.
