Didn't take my order right. I called. They don't answer. I called 6 times. I finally got through. I talked to the Mgr. She was combative. Her name is Maria. She would only replace my order if I brought it back, which I don't live close. Asked who was her superior, she lied and said she was. Over all bad experience
I was soooooo pissed with the customer service at this location I will never go back. I get home to discover my order is wrong so I go back to location (in the pouring rain) and the manager is so %$#@ rude I want to jump over the counter and slap her in the face. She never once said hi, can I make get you the correct order, I apologize for your inconvenience, nothing!!! And it got worse from there. I'll never go back there and my advice to anyone is please check your order yourself...read full review
