This location has always been my go-to for some Afters Ice Cream. But sadly, I think they had permanently closed this location down in the Diamond Jamboree Plaza.

I ordered a milky bun and the gentleman serving gave me an absurdly small scoop of ice cream. Like less than 3 oz. and when I asked the server if that was the normal amount he totally brushed me off and did not address my concern. For $7 I feel like this was a total disappointment! Won’t return!

Wow, this is what passes as good ice cream here.. sorry but all the tubs were melted, and typical "pop" flavors. I gave up...then I went back as there are no other ice cream places near by. Nope, melted nonsence, if you REALLY like quality ice cream like I do, keep driving.

I absolutely love the jasmine milk tea flavor at afters. I haven't found any other similar flavor elsewhere. The only problem is the price. Its $5 for one scoop and the bottom of the cup is even raised half an inch. The location doesn't usually have a line. Also keep in mind because of covid, no samples.

I've heard of the chain and walked by this location many times while visiting the Diamond Jamboree Plaza. Sometimes it's been busy, but lately it's been quiet. I wandered in here in late 2020 with a friend after we shared Korean fried chicken from Love Chicken and Pizza. You can either park in the structure or the flat lot by the ice cream shop. Usually I have better luck finding parking in the structure versus the flat lot, as everyone wants to park in the lot. The location did sell Rick and Morty collab ice cream at one point but that's gone away since. There was one guy working the day I went in and he was quiet but seemed nice. He scooped our choices and rang us up very quickly. I got Thai iced tea ice cream and my friend went with some kind of fruit sorbet. Consistency was pretty good, maybe a few crystals of ice in mine, but I wonder if it's because the guy had to scrape up what was left in the container. (There wasn't much left in the late afternoon.) It was a little melty, but not too bad. The flavor of the Thai iced tea came through clearly and it was good. Prices were a little high. For two small ice creams in cups, the total was a bit over $10 with tax. Depending on my mood, I may or may not come back here again. It wasn't an unpleasant experience, but the ice cream wasn't in my top list of favorites.

It took the employee maybe, 10-15 minutes to come out and he was working by himself. Didn't even ask me what I would like. And just stared at me till I said something. Once I did, usually at after a the employee asks if I want two or one scoops but this dude looked as if he didn't wanna work there. Like what's the point of working if you don't even seem like you want to be there? Wouldn't suggest coming in the morning. At night I walked passed the store and saw someone else was in the front. I would suggest going at night then the day. Just saying.

Pretty disappointing location, on 2 separate occasions the employees have closed this location at least 30-40 minutes early. If the store closes before midnight it shouldn't be listed as open until midnight. Me and 5-6 other people were turned away at 11:30. Went from 2 stars to 1 after seeing how many other people have had this exact same problem, it's clear even the management and upper management doesn't care either. Pretty pathetic.

Walked up to the door on 4/7 at 11:30pm and was turned away after watching someone walk out who was just served. Hopefully management is aware of the amount of business they are losing at the end of the night. Hours should be changed to show you close at 11:30pm if that's when the doors are actually closed.

Y'all need to fix your hours on google. On Sunday, 3/28, Google showed that this location closed at midnight. Google hours can easily be edited by business owners. We drove 40 minutes to come to this location. We arrived at 11:14 and the jerky guy inside starts yelling at us for showing up. Really not polite. If you are reading this, I want you to know that there was no reason to act as you did. You have a lot of growing up to do.I won't be back to this location. If this company cares so little for their customers' time that they cant take two minutes to edit their hours, they are not worth my time.

Got the plant based Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream - AMAZING!!! The bun (warm and fresh) was alright but not my taste. I'm more of a cone kinda person. Ice cream was lovely.

Even, the ice cream was delicious. The staff were in good shape. The price was fair. By far the best ice cream in the city! Maintaining the same degree of accuracy as the most difficult ice cream recipes and specifications.
