Was a little disappointed. I feel like I shouldn't have to check for every single thing in the bag when going through the drive-thru. They didn't include the berry dipping sauce that's supposed to come with the jalapeño bites. Also, we got two sandwiches, the bites, fries, and 2 sodas. It cost over $30. That's way too much for drive-through fast food. I'm probably done with Arby's now.
We love this place the jalapeño poppers. Our food is usually nice and hot and warm. No matter what everybody here is very nice. We usually go through the drive-through because it’s hard for me to walk. I have a Arby’s app on my phone I half the time it doesn’t wanna work for me though but I do recommend they still have those market fresh sandwiches. The roast beef and Swiss cheese is just lovely. Typically real good. But this visit at the drive thru was less than great. I got my food, jumped on the freeway and found that my order was wrong. I checked the receipt and it was correct. Just wrong food in my bag. Hopefully the next guy didn't have the same problem.Wheelchair accessibility: Usual stuff.
