Unsure why all the bad reviews . I've always loved Auntie Anne's. Memories of my youth. Pretzels still delicious here. Service good and friendly. Just wish they would bring back some of their original flavors and open more shops.

Love their sugar cinnamon pretzels! Yumm!! So hard to walk by and smell them without grabbing one! My kids love the pepperoni bites! Polite and courteous staff. Will be back!

Stopped by this location at the Irvine Spectrum the other night to try the new confetti nuggets. The store is small but you can't miss it because when you walk by it smells delicious. They didn't have any made so it was about a ten minute wait which was perfectly fine for fresh bites. The confetti nuggets were actually quite tasty. Perfectly buttery (grab some napkins) and the sprinkles balance out the butter. The bites were fluffy and not overwhelming, some of the ones at the bottom were a little doughy though. Definitely overpriced (about $11)but that's to be expected at this point. I'm glad I tried it but don't see myself clamoring to come back for this particular item.

Crispy and fresh. Line was somewhat long but service was quick and literally took less than 10 minutes.

A large cup of pretzel pieces was 8 something. It was eaten by two people and was good. Not too much difference between Wetzel and aunties. Maybe aunties is a little less oily.

Girl at the register with blue acrylic nails today looked at me like I was crazy when I ordered a pizza pretzel and then looked annoyed when I politely asked for a bag. I finally go into bite my pretzel and it was as hard as a rock super disappointing I should have known it wasn't fresh bc it was the only one left

Expensive but yummy! Perfect for a stroll throughout the Spectrum Mall! BEWARE!!! Don't go into the store with greasy fingers though, the workers won't like it!

Asked for number 2 and 3. She looked at the menu and still rang up the wrong thing and made me come back to give her another dollar. Not good service, in my opinion. I left a tip. Just take the dollar out of that or read the order back, if you’re confused.

Check out guy was singing to the inappropriate music while checking out my wife. He sang, "give me head b**** give me head" pretzels are over priced cheese was not warm and they acted like it was an inconvenience to have warm cheese. Will not return.

HANDS DOWN the best auntie anne's location in OC. I'm kind of addicted to their pretzels, and have tried their locations in Newport, the outlets at Orange, Desert Hills, and even the one up in Arcadia. I'm telling you that this location makes their pretzels the BEST.I usually get the regular pretzel nuggets or a pepperoni pretzel, and wow. They are just so good. Especially for the nuggets, they are so perfectly baked to a darker golden brown and they put the perfect amount of salt and butter so you can actually taste the two. Other locations don't bake their pretzels for long enough to my liking so they're all a super light tan color, but here they bake them super well. Crispy on the outside and suuuuuper fluffy on the inside. It's a bit of a drive for me but it's always worth going to.

4/26/23 - National Pretzel Day. A disastrous experience at the Irvine Spectrum location. Not adequately staffed and no communication to those on the line. There were probably 40-50 people on the line. I went inside to ask will they have enough, and they said they only had 2 left and were not going to make any more. Shouldn't someone have come out half an hour prior to say the supply is gone? A poor customer experience.Only 3 staff. All looked unhappy and unfriendly. 1st and last time at this location.

Very rude service. I asked for a replacement because it was all burnt and the server didn't say anything and put the old one back on the display without asking if we touched it or not.

1 word...YUM! Always great pretzels

I'm not sure why Auntie Anne's only has 3 stars because they make really yummy pretzels. The closest parking are either where the Bristol Farms or by Sephora. There's always a line here, so they must be more than 3 stars. The pretzels are soft. Once you have a bit, you'll want more. I like sweets, so my favorites are the sweet almond and the cinnamon sugar. They make the pretzels super soft and buttery tasting.Happy Pretzeling!
