When you advertise a BBQ Tri-Tip Sliders menu item and then deliver a no BBQ Tri-Tip Slider then when I bring it back to your restaurant, your staff says that I should make note to put BBQ sauce on the sliders, Whose incompetent?

Food was great, server was wonderful my issue was with the manager on site 3/10/24 around 4 pm. Last pic here is was from their actual site stating this location, coupon says show it to your server but manager wouldn’t honor it because there wasn’t “a button” for them to click to put in the system ( as if managers can’t override it) this was not a screenshot, this was your actual website then manager came back to me to say that she read the whole thing and it says that coupon is valid in Texas ? but it’s on your site with the Irvine location listed.. either way, our bill was $72 which was well over $40 so I feel that the correct and proper correct customer service thing to do was to honor it since it was legitimately on your site and not try to convince me why you can’t can’t take off $10 because there was no button to do so. So because of $10 bucks, I as the customer was left with a bitter taste so next time the opportunity’s arises or when we are in the area again, I will have second thought on if we should go a BJ’s or try somewhere new as there are a lot of options in the area.

Food was very delicious and service was impeccable. Too much crowded and wait time was more than 30mins on weekdays.
When you order ice tea to go, they give you room temperature to hot tea. They never add ice. When you call, they say that is how people like ice tea. No ice. She then said that is how they keep the ice tea, in a container, room temperature. It doesn't taste good.

Came here eat in and take out many times. It is a good restaurant with standard American food. People are nice and helpful. I think the traditional American food like burger and fries are pretty good. I am sure there are many good dishes but the Cajun dish is kinda disappointing. We ordered this last time to try it out, it was way too salty and doesn't seems like or taste like Cajun food. You would know what I mean if you have tried the authentic Cajun food. But overall it is a good restaurant with nice environment.

Our food was great, service was fast, the restaurant was clean and welcoming, but most importantly, our server Amber was AMAZING!!! She is the best waitress I’ve ever had anywhere in my entire life. She was funny, kind, helpful, and very personable. She was also respectful and patient, and is amazing with customers. She made my day and made my birthday so wonderful. She honestly is the best and just has such a good vibe. Will definitely be coming back due to ambers great service!!!
