Very good sandwich spot! The Toasted Chicken Club is delicious. All their sandwiches are made with their own bread, which is excellent. Good spot to grab a quick lunch!

They ahve 3 parking stalls and 2 of there vans were parked there. I placed a togo order (3) in person and got back to the office and my sandwich was missing - then you get on the phone and they want you to leave a message for your problem order????? The food industry is a JOKE today - doesn't matter how good the product is.....

The food is always good and fresh. The service is usually solid, food out in a very reasonable time. Atmosphere is clean, it is 5 star for "fast food" but not a date atmosphere.

This location near Jamboree and Main in Irvine is the worst. Boudin sourdough bowl soup is what you are known for and the biggest reason to go. 6:30pm we pick up our to go order for 7 people, get back to the hotel, no sourdough bowls, just cups of soup. Also forgot drinks. Went back and they said we are out of sourdough bowls. The main reason to go there. Also when picking up the order, they were substitution oatmeal raisin cookies for chocolate chip because they were out of those also. ALL OF THIS WOTHOUT SAYING ANYTHING TO US. What did they do? Give us a slice of sourdough bread. People behind the counter running back and forth and seemingly too busy for their own good. Corporate needs to meet with this location owner and staff and retrain how to keep things in stock and how to handle busy times. 1 star is too generous.

Understaffed? It was ghost town when I walked in. Nobody at the register. Found someone at the expo station and when I asked for help to order he directed me to kiosk. My problem is not feeling welcomed or acknowledged to patronize this business if nobody cares to be of service. Then they expect tips! A sign directing us to kiosk at register would have alleviated him to address us and me hunt someone down to help. Maybe I missed something?

This place has been recommended to me many times by acquaintances. I tried their famous soup. It looked like it came out of a can.

Same as SFO. Try their soup in bread bowl. And their signature sandwich. So yum!

Yummy ? soup in a bowl was delicious! Can't go wrong because they put it into their baked bread.
