Took the Wednesday special off the app for a $3 whopper. Also got a free cheeseburger with my loyalty points and a large fries. I would have liked more salt or seasoning on the fries. The cheeseburger was dry and relatively tasteless. The Whopper was great in the middle, but dry and flavorless around the edges. The Patty seemed a little overcooked. The lettuce was all out of the burger in the wrapping paper. My problem with the app was, I couldn't schedule pickup. It was get it now or don't get it done. You pretty much have to put your order in from their parking lot.

Pretty chill spot to grab a bite, though sometimes costumer service can feel a bit unfathomable lol. Good deals on the app, usually ready when you get there. Just have to nudge them for attention to service you.

Ordered food online last night around 10. I live right across street from Bk. i grabbed my dog and walked across. No one there, no cars and finally get lady manager attention and she wouldn't serve my food cause I didn't have a car.Absolutely no one around, no one thru drive thru but they would rather do nothing than make food. Absolutely ridiculous and change ur app so it's drive-thru only instead of pickup.

This used to be my favorite BK location. No longer. The clerk had to make several attempts to get my order entered (2 impossible burger meals, one with fries, one with onion rings). Although we planned to dine in, we were given our order in a bag and the order was wrong (2 orders of fries instead of one order fries, one order onion rings). The clerk made 4 attempts to accept my credit card before asking for help. This location no longer accepts Discover cards (it used to). Then I was given someone else's receipt. Again the clerk had to ask for help. When getting drinks, several of the self-serve drink options were "unavailable" (although the complete menu used to be available). One order of fries were cold and my wife's burger was not even warm. We used to drive further to get to this location because the facility and service were better.

I'm a little sad I have to take the time aside while on my lunch to write this review, I'm actually a returning customer considering I work super close to this location so I like to keep in rotation... I have never had this issue before but for some reason today was the day they chose there satisfaction over the customer satisfaction... there are people less fortunate in the world who don't have cars who also tag along with other co workers to use as less time as we need so we can enjoy our 30 minute lunch..... every day at the drive in we have a problem saying our codes over the intercom, today we experienced being told we cannot be served because they can only take "x" amount of orders per car... refusing customers money and refusing service, and I therefore took it upon myself to go inside and redeem my points in store like asked to do so and when I redeemed my code they charged me for an order that I didn't ask for and it took my redemption points and they aren't reimbursing my points and what not so it just honestly sucks and I won't be returning to location... there service is horrible and if you go on lunch you'll be in the line 10 mins or more..... when it comes down to it I used my app to get rewards... I redeemed my food didn't receive my food and wasn't reimbursed points on behalf of an employeee error. What's the point of rewards system? -1000 points and no food. And my lunch is over, bravo BURGER KING.I was helped at the window by a women named Gris, and when I went in to speak to the women in the front I didn't happen to catch her name but I seen her off the clock moments later and it just seemed like she was in a rush to get off then to satisfy the customer.. with that being said she seen what car I was in and took it even further to communicate with my friends about the situation at hand. Just WOW

I've been here twice in the last 9 months. They managed to get the order wrong both times and only offered an attitude to resolve the issues. This $15.50 minimum wage is working out great, at least at this Burger King. What a s*ithole.
