My favorite place to get boba for the last 10 years. They have the best handmade dumplings and bao in Irvine. I love supporting this small business and the couple who run it are so sweet. You have to try it!

Absolutely the SWEETEST couple running this shop. I came around closing time and they accommodated my request for honey tea with boba. They even reduced the price to $4 for the large!Honey Tea boba: good tea flavor. Boba was still soft but getting a little hard in the middle (makes sense for closing time). Sweetness was perfect for me.They have frozen potstickers here which I'm excited to buy in the future to have handy for quick lunch at home. They also seem to have mochi and other buns. Although most of their dumplings seem to be with pork filling or vegetarian. Suggestions: I wish they would have shrimp only or chicken dumplings. Would love it if they made it there during lunch so people can have it with the boba. Service: very helpful, friendly, and sweetAmbience: takeout place

They have a variety of snacks here. But I wanted to note that although they offer shaved ice, their ice is more like mini crushed ice rather than shaved. I was informed it was due to the type of machine that they have.

Delicious boba milk tea for a great price and delicious dumplings that you can buy a bag to make from frozen! Highly recommend !

Feel sad to purchase the dumpling in this store and discarded the whole bag into trash can. The skin is decaying after boiling.

Good selection of taiwanese snacks and food.I generally like their products, but I recently bought a jar of Taiwanese fried prune which clearly has menthol added as an ingredient, but omitted in listed ingredients. Who know what else has been omitted.

This is my go-to spot for frozen dumplings. Champion is a small store that has snacks like boba, shaved ice, sticky rice, beef jerky, and pre-made foods like sticky rice and frozen dumplings. The owners here are so nice, and I keep coming back to support the local businesses. Ages ago, this was one of the few places in Irvine where you could get boba. Over the years their boba and shaved ice have declined (possibly other places have just gotten better), but their frozen foods are still great.Their frozen dumplings are much better than any supermarket, and they have a good variety. I'll get the XLB, Shanghai Dumplings, and Pork and Chive dumplings. They steam well and the pork and chive are also good to pan fry. Overall solid place.

Of all the shaved ice I have ever had, this is by far the worst shaved ice. Shockingly and memorably bad. The "Shaved" ice comes in YUGE ice chunks. What you see in the photo is the result of 3 minutes of crushing the ice with my spoon. It is completely not edible. I tried eating it, but my teeth hurt after a few bites of the hard ice chunks. I wonder if anyone who tried this actually went back a second time?

Every time we're in Irvine we have to stop here for the Boba. It's almost a family tradition now! Kids love the Boba ... The store has not changed in years, the prices are pretty good too!

We actually stopped into Champion Food Co out of curiosity because it looked like nice Taiwanese market. We ended up getting a bag of pork leek dumplings and a few tea eggs to snack on. You can tell that the dumplings are handmade. The quality appears to be very good and this might end being our go to dumpling spot. The eggs were yummy. The man and woman working were very friendly. I think we’ll have to come back and try more.
