Im writing this review because of how hilarious my experience was. That was the most Gen Z customer service Ive ever experience! Lol. Emo rap blasting, no welcome or smile. The whole staff just looks like “Im just here to do the bare minimum.” The cashier slid my bag like we are in a bar. In stead of handing my drink cup just places it in the bag.Like no respect at all! Im not even upset because what can you expect? The store is next to a college. Ill give them 4 stars consistency.

Update: they seemed to have made some changes here due to all the negative reviews. They give normal amount now it seems. I won’t hold a grudge. Review changed to 5 stars from 1.I heard plenty of people asking for a lil more and saw them kindly approving requests.I always love chipotle but this in particular location always gives the smallest amount of food. Maybe because it’s right next to UCI but the bowls are small and scoops are very light. I went two different occasions just to make sure and it’s ridiculous the amount of food they give.I recommend finding another location to go to or eat something else in this plaza. Very disappointed ☹️.. if you mention the scoop was small they want to charge extra for more. Not very good customer service either.Although I did get a nice bit of cheese on top. That was the only good thing here.

By far the stingiest Chipotle I have been to. You literally have to order double meat to get how much you’d get in a regular portion at most other locations. Given that Chipotle is not franchise-owned, one cannot just blame an individual owner. Rather this is clearly taught in training, in order to take advantage of the fact that this is a high-traffic university location.

I ordered a bowl and it cost me $22. I asked for double steak, rice, cheese, and guac. I expected my money's worth but instead, I got a rationed out portion, the bowl was barely even full. 2/10. Qdoba better.
They skimp out so badly because they know they can get away with it being so close to a major university. It’s absolutely not acceptable.

I've never been to a Chipotle that's so terrible before. The seating area was filthy and the meat and veggies all look like they were left out on the counter for hours. Nothing looked fresh. This location needs to be improved.

Gives me bad stomachache sometimes but i do have a weak stomach so that's on me. Quick meal if i'm ever lazy to cook. But there needs to be a consistency in portions.
