My recent visit to Chipotle left me thoroughly disappointed with the level of service provided. As a loyal customer, I had come to expect a certain standard of quality and efficiency, but unfortunately, this was not the case during my recent dining experience.

I ate chipotle long time ago and I decided to get to go bowl yesterday at spectrum. The station was extremely dirty food was spilled all over. The rice was not cooked and raw. The avocado in the container was black and the staff gloves were dirty.

Hello I was in the restaurant earlier today when I got home I was eating my burrito when all of a sudden there was a chicken bone I was biting on it got me really scared so I threw it away. Did not have time to go back and report

Asked for double meat, was scooped a portion and the scraps left over. Did not bother making a new batch. As I asked for water the worker was cleaning and used the same glove and hands to grab my cup. Very limited seating.

As yall can see why this place is rated so poorly.Where's my chicken? I asked for extra beans the guy gave me the smallest second scoop ever. If your guys prices are so high at least portion better.

Their chips are always stale and they are greedy with the proteins but at least their online order pick up is ready quick. I also don't appreciate that I ordered a normal amount of sour cream on my bowl and they drenched it in sour cream. I did not ask for a sour cream bowl with a side of everything else.

Food was ok, the soda machine was dispensing just water, looked like they ran out of syrup, the place was very dirty, and trash was everywhere.
If you order catering for delivery, don’t expect to get forks. There is no way to get ahold of Store and Door Dash that delivers can’t help. Be prepared for your catering events with forks.

Not the worst Chipotle location in Irvine, but still a negative 1-star experience if you can give it that. If you've ever wanted to cut out a Chipotle craving, it'd be a great place to go. Mediocre service, old soggy salad with no dressing, cold chicken, and no cheese. It's tough on a brand claiming to be fresh. Plus side, there's no line so you don't need to wait.

Thanks Chipotle for taking advantage of my daughterEdit (since Chipotle doesn't understand my review): we paid full price for a bowl that wasn't even full. Unless you count like two pieces of meat. Yeah, I get it "inflation", but stop ripping off your customers!

Bit of a service hiccup today - the team didn’t ring up my extras correctly, despite them being stated out loud twice, then when called out because a modification / adjustment is warranted, they charged me even more.Check your receipts, or you'll waste a ton of your lunch break like I did.Also to the restaurant team: apologies for getting snippy and rude, I'm having a challenging work week and couldn't afford the wasted time. Still, uncalled for. Food was good.
