“Food was good and the staffs were very friendly.One thing that needs improvement is the mobile order service. I put the order through the app and went to pick up at the ETA given on the app, but had to wait a while to get the order. There was no one in the front line, but seems like the mobile orders are made from the back kitchen. There were only people waiting for their mobile order pick up in the store. I wish the mobile orders could be prepared from the front as well when the back kitchen is backed up.“
“Husband was in front of me and they used the last of the steak for his burrito. So for my steak bowl, the girl told me I had to “just choose another meat.” Adam offered me the option to wait a little bit for steak. That is great customer service which is rare. Thank you ADAM. Because of you, I will return and support this store.“
“Update: they seemed to have made some changes here due to all the negative reviews. They give normal amount now it seems. I won’t hold a grudge. Review changed to 5 stars from 1.I heard plenty of people asking for a lil more and saw them kindly approving requests.I always love chipotle but this in particular location always gives the smallest amount of food. Maybe because it’s right next to UCI but the bowls are small and scoops are very light. I went two different occasions just to make sure and it’s ridiculous the amount of food they give.I recommend finding another location to go to or eat something else in this plaza. Very disappointed ☹️.. if you mention the scoop was small they want to charge extra for more. Not very good customer service either.Although I did get a nice bit of cheese on top. That was the only good thing here.“

“There's a female worker I think a shift lead who is always so nice and making it right even when it's busy. She remade my dad's whole order a few weeks ago because i got the meat wrong, she makes all the complicated orders easy. If it's busy she still goes out of her way to make sure your order is right“
