Conveniently located in the heart of Irvine, it’s our goto shop for good ice cream cake. The staff is quick and friendly and it’s always stocked with fan favorite. We got their Strawberry passion cake and it feeds six people nicely and great for birthdays. It kept well in the fridge until opening. Plenty of parking and the near by grocery store is a good place to pick up flowers and balloons.
I ordered a custom cake for Father's Day here and everyone loved it. It was exactly how I wanted it. The cake looked and tasted amazing. I called twice to make changes/ask questions and a male employee was so nice, patient and helpful. He answered my questions (it's my first time ordering a custom ice cream cake from Cold Stone), and provided excellent customer service. Great if you have a sweet tooth, but personally it's way too sweet for me, where I have to take breaks or just save some for later even if I get a small. I think it's probably best to just get one or two toppings in your mix, it's pricey and it melts pretty quickly too. Especially considering the fact that specialty ice cream shops are trendy now, for the same price. The workers are friendly though!
