The Pizza is pretty good. It is the only thing I have gotten here. Naturally with it being in the spectrum, it is going to be more crowded during the evenings and when work is over for the day. The wait can get very long so be ready for that.

With reservation in had, As I walked into a joyful bustling atmosphere, I was delighted by an appealing old world/retro mix. Service was efficient, GL Cucina Chardonnay was great and the food...EXTRAORDINARY! I ordered Short Rib Madeleine (shredded btw) so delicious I was shocked! Mascarpone Pilenta was a creamy goodness, Roasted Salmon cooked perfectly and lastly Travis was the best I have ever had!

Used to like that place. It seemed to me they are starting to loose their touch. We went for happy hour. We ordered some food, still good, and two glasses of their house/happy hour wine. When we ordered the second round the waiter comes with one glass only and claim they were out of the white happy hour wine. He offered the red and we declined. For Pete's sake, they are a wine retailer, aren't they able to offer another white and keep a customer happy..no, they made the choice to upset us. The check comes and guess what, they charged us for the wine they didn't serve. The waiter insisted he was right but reluctantly adjusted the final bill. They won't see us back there anytime soon.

Food is good. Portions are decent size the menu is not super large but they will help you out and adapt things to meet your needs. They could use one more salad option. We had some sort of issue as our meals came in shifts separated by about 20 minutes each not sure what happened. So we all sort of ate as the food came so we didn't eat cold entrées. The manager noticed something went astray and he jumped in and right away offered to take the latest dishes of the bill and grabbed refills for everyone. Things happen and when the staff noticed something going wrong the manager was notified and they got more proactive so kudos for that. I would go back.

We had a beautiful 18th birthday celebration for our family today. We tried to make a reservation for our party of 9 but was limited to options to do so one, we arrived 45 minutes early to the restaurant to make sure our reservation can be arranged, unfortunately the hostess that morning was upset with this and had insisted we be seated at hightop tables to accommodate us. We had told them we have 4 kids and asked if we can get normal table but was rudely told that they had always had kids at the hightop tables. My only complaint is that the restaurant was only at 20% capacity at most. We have dined at the restaurant before, but never had that type of experience before. The food was delicious, the service was poor. We made a reservation online and divided it into two tables, 6+3. When we arrived at the scene, the service staff at the door scolded me and asked me why I didn't call and book 9 people directly. After telling the manager, the service staff did not have a better attitude and left after eating. There was no one to greet me when I arrived. It was so different from the store at Fashion Island.

Thanks for an incredible time for my friends and I. Food at both locations are top notch with flavors that tingle the tastebuds. I recommend getting the pepperoni pizza, Margarita pizza, short rib pasta, and house made meatballs.Dessert, I would definitely go with the cheesecake

The food was better than I expected - the two of us got pastas and they both had very flavorful sauces. The server was nice and attentive, but she tricked us into getting some bread. We told her we didn’t want any appetizers or cocktails and then she asked if we wanted bread, and said yes assuming it was complimentary, but it came out to be $8.I enjoyed the meal and the bread, but I really don’t like any surprises on a bill.

I went for a meal with friends, and everything was delicious! The server was very accommodating to non dairy requests, I sent back a cocktail that I wasn't enjoying, and they replaced it at no charge. Our meal was excellent and I look forward to going back again!
Great date night meal! We had the Bucatini Amatriciana & the Torchio Alla Norma, with a side of lemon broccoli and the Limoncello Mousse Tart for dessert. Every course was absolutely excellent and we would definitely come back!

Amazing family meal celebrating a birthday at cucina in Irvine spectrum. 5 star service from our serve Matthew which was super kind and attentive. Sincerely don’t recall last time we had a service like this. I tried the burrata eggplant pizza and also tried my son’s pasta bolognese and they both tasted great. The tomatoes on my pizza had a nice kick that was amazing. We sat outside under the heat lamp on chill February night which was very cozy and comfortable.

This place was a breath of fresh air so to speak.. The menu was complete and had many items to offer. Wife and I decided to go with some appetizers and small plates.. Buratta and tomatoes were wonderful. The meatballs were amazing and the charcuterie platter was awesome! Wife had a cocktail and I had a black lager. Both were refreshing and hit the spot for a mid-day snack. If ever back in the area, this is a must go to spot. The wait staff was also equally amazing..
