A fail for vegans. You used to be able to order single vegan donuts and apparently you need to order 6+. No where on their order form specifies that, let alone a vegan box of donuts to fit the minimum.

I went in with my girlfriend today and I didn’t catch her name but a very nice woman was there and was so patient and explained all the process and THE DONUTS WHERE SO GREAT!! We didn’t even make it to the car from the restaurant with them xD so fresh and good!!!

I can see there are going to be some decoration changes, I really adore the idea of having rubber ducks everywhere! Staff was super friendly and helpful. It felt very welcoming. I regret not eating my doughnut when it was fresh, but it was still yummy after I waited. I will still have to plan a trip back specifically for a fresh one and hopefully to see the rubber ducks out in full swing!

I don't remember what I bought here to be honest. I do remember that a dozen donuts was $28. I also remember the long wait, dispute being the only one there. I absolutely remember the staff's friendliness! When I walked in I expected to see donuts ready. While I was slightly disappointed, the disappointment disappeared as soon as the staff said "All our donuts are made to order". I mean, I waited 10 minutes for my dozen donuts. When I took one out the box it almost burned my fingers! It was that fresh! The first bite... you know, there's only one place that came close to this type of taste. The location is a bit hidden but I bet you won't forget it! Try them out! They're awesome!

My day started with my company ordering a delicious array of donuts for the office, but as I'm allergic to dairy, I couldn't partake in the feast. The temptation was too much to bear, so I decided to call the store and inquire about dairy-free options. Peyton, the wonderful staff member who answered the phone, went above and beyond. Not only did he answer my initial question, but he also guided me through the process of ordering online. To ensure my order was dairy-free, I left a note, and here's where the magic happened. Peyton actually called me back after I'd submitted my order, ensuring that two of the donuts I'd selected contained dairy and offered me delectable alternatives.When I arrived at the store, the dairy-free donuts were ready, and Peyton was there to greet me. He took the time to explain the assortment, even surprising me with a bonus dairy-free donut. Peyton gave me a behind-the-scenes look at how they make their donuts, all while exuding kindness and a genuine eagerness to assist. And the taste? Absolutely incredible! I can't wait to return, and I have to give a heartfelt five-star shoutout to Peyton and Duck Donuts for going the extra mile to accommodate my dietary needs. This level of service and the delectable treats they offer make this place a must-visit in Irvine!

Duck Donuts is great. Clean location, friendly staff, decent prices and amazing donuts. I normally don't enjoy cake donuts due to the texture (I hate when they're crumbly and dry) but these donuts were soft, moist and light. They're made to order, but the wait isn't too long. I will definitely go back next time I'm in Irvine.

Custom made donuts? They take a while to prep but my goodness, what a treat they are to eat. My wife and daughter were returning from a church retreat and found this place when they stopped for lunch in Irvine. I can only imagine how good they must have been before the 40 minute drive home. Even taking that into consideration, these donuts were pretty amazing. They won't replace the Donut Man, but they sure give Pinkbox a run for their money. Plus, I don't need to drive to Nevada to get these. 10% off your first order with a Yelp check in doesn't hurt either. Thumbs up!

Holy friggn crap, the donuts here are so good. It's a magical, soft delicious crumbly goodness that just brings your sheer bliss. Don't be dismayed if it seems to take longer than a normal donut place to get these breakfast goodies. When you bite into these bad boys, it's still hot and fresh. If you don't want yours too sweet, I'm sure you can ask the folks here to slightly decrease the toppings.
