We wait for almost 1 and a half hour just to find out that the strawberry ice drink was worst than McDonald's, the ice cream melted right away and it was a cold day. Prices are ridiculous expensive for what they offer. Parking lot on Saturday is full, not worthy.

Today we buying ice cream but it’s so gross ? and meltedI ask the lady it’s fresh milk something wrong with ice cream, she said we change the ice cream maker but I don’t think it’s true and the price it’s so expensive I don’t know why they give this to customers. I hope my child doesn’t get sick honestly she don’t like it and she didn’t eat too much.

It is a small but nice place because of the Hello Kitty theme, I took my daughter and she was fascinated.
A little cafe inside the Spectrum Irvine Mall. The dessert was delicious. I got The rainbow sprinkle cake and the Hello Kitty Cookie. Nicely decorated. Small for sure but the cuteness is still there. If you happen to be passing the area, it’s worth a stop over!

Countless times have I driven from LA to Irvine for just a hot chocolate from Hello Kitty Cafe only to get there and them say they are no longer selling drinks. Even half an hour before closing and sometimes even after we’ve been waiting in line for half an hour. Very disappointing.

Cocktail time only:Be warned: it is expensive.If you are a hardcore Hello Kitty fan its definitely worth it. If not, go somewhere else. This is not for everyone. One drink is +$15 minimum. We spent $200 on 3 rounds of drinks plus one souvenir cup and that's just for 2 persons. I absolutely loved it!! So pink, so pretty, so cute!! I am definitely coming back to do the afternoon tea time. The drinks are so good. If you really know what you like they have something for everyone. If you like Hello Kitty its alright, if you LOVE Hello Kitty this is your place! ?

All is cute, its hello kitty, i get it. Once being at bow room i saw that service should be better, the fact that i had to ask for everything, customers werent attended as how other places do, and saw the answers weren't clear when asked about something. It was too quick of a visit, big $ being spent there, at-least have some courtesy to make the visitor feel appreciated taking the time to be there.
