Despite politely requesting the host to adjust the AC as we were seated right under a vent, our concerns were dismissed. The response from both the server and the host was indifferent, claiming it wasn't cold enough and emphasizing that they served hot food, which did little to alleviate our discomfort.The ramen soup, unfortunately, was a letdown with an excessive amount of salt, making it barely tolerable. The lack of ambiance and uncomfortable seating only compounded our dissatisfaction. Adding insult to injury, a hefty 16% service charge was automatically included in the bill. Overall, not a place I'd recommend for a comfortable dining experience.

It just doesn’t get any better than this. I’m telling you, it’s the best ramen in America. The tonkatsu broth is cooked for 24 hours and you can taste the depth of flavor in every bite. The crispy chicken is a perfect starter. Served fresh and hot and super crispy. Edamame is fantastic as well as the pork buns. They add the tip on the total, So be careful not to double tip the server. (Unless you want to!) Strip mall has free parking, but the entire area is busy, so you may have trouble finding a spot.
