Jack in the box became one of the best food places after while, it's a little understaffed but the food is great and service is so nice they definitely are underestimated.

I only come here when I get stoned, and I'm never disappointed. The food is amazing, if you're off a blinker you just took in your car. Otherwise it's just your average fast food burger chain. The munchie meal is a classic, and definitely satisfies my munchies. The inside is kinda dirty, but I mostly use the drive-thru now anyways. If you're eating at jack in the box, you definitely aren't looking for a fine dining experience.

Warning Review of Jack in the Box, 4289 Campus Drive, Irvine, California 92612: I had an absolutely terrible experience at this location. The employees and management were frustrating and disrespectful. They refused to honor a valid coupon specific to their store, hid in the back, and ignored customers. This place is unethical, dirty, and not worth your time. I will be reporting them to Jack in the Box corporate, the Entertainment Club, Yelp, Google, the Better Business Bureau, and local authorities. Stay away from this fraudulent and incompetent establishment. I will also be seeking legal action against them.Look at photos showing the Entertainment club with their ad in it and also the coupon showing the store and location where it could be redeemed. The manager at Jack in the Box claimed on my camera that the Entertainment Club was fraudulent and they never herald of them or ever advertised with them. This is very serious allegation and I will report this and show the video to the Club. Stay away and be-careful. I went with the intention of getting a chicken fajita pita (sort of healthy) but got side tracked and ordered a fried chicken sandwich. The sandwich was good but not especially healthy?

Normally, I enjoy the food hereBut I really wanted a supreme croissant, and I was told that they weren't currently serving breakfast. Despite the menu that i was ordering from said breakfast all day.I guess 11pm is part of all day.Also, the lights in one of the menus were out in the drive thru

Had to share this because it was so ridiculous: just ordered at this location, and asked for ketchup. This is what they gave me. I asked for another, and they refused, saying they were running low. Maybe instead of filling containers 1/8 of the way full, send someone across the parking lot to Target to grab some more ketchup?

Literally the worst food place I've ever been to. The workers will ignore you and then become annoyed when they can no longer avoid you. They never answer the phones and are visibly bothered by customer presence. I came in to pick up a postmates order and I had to say excuse me for 20 minutes until someone approached me at the counter. When a worker came, she rolled her eyes and said "ugh what do you want." After she retrieved my order she drops it into my hand aggressively and leaves immediately. The worst service and an awful place for any delivery service workers out there, they will delay your pick up and cost you a tip. Also every time I go, mice are running around the door. Wouldn't be surprised if any go inside...
