This is the worst KFC I've ever been to, the food is overpriced, it tasted terrible, there was only like 3 things you can order, this place sucks. Oh yeah and the sign now says it's, "Dave's Hot Chicken."It's overpriced, tasteless and worthless. Even the drinks cost too much, you can order the same thing from 7-Eleven in the same shopping center.I've never tried the shakes here, mainly because the machine is always broken and nobody knows how to do their jobs. I miss the filthy KFC.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is not the best KFC, but the only one close to home, and we only wanted cole slaw. My husband went in, and the young kid behind the counter yelled at him to put on a mask. Then the old guy behind the counter, yelled in a hateful voice, Yeah, put on a mask. There is no indoor mask requirement in Orange County for fully vaccinated people, at this point. They were just jerks! There was no one else inside, so there was no reason to wear a mask. People think they have so much authority in those positions. No wonder they are closing in 3 days.

I came in to order my food. I waited in line for quite a while. The guy infront of me was about to order just when someone else came and told the cashier “drive thru only, because they are fixing the front door window” that wasn’t the issue when you took other people order before us. Next time they should have a sign saying “DRIVE THRU ONLY instead of having me waste my lunch time and other people time.

Permanently closed. New location will be at Walnut and Jeffrey, the former weinerschnitzel location. New location is not opened yet. I hope the new location gets a new franchisee or new manager.

Always come to this location at night due to it being a taco bell and KFC. They have a sign now stating the location is permanent closing 8/19 and a sign stating what they don't have which is mostly KFC items so I decided to order from Taco Bell. Well I was told that Taco Bell was closed and could only order KFC items.

There should be a 0 in the reviews. Went to KFC Aug. 8, 2021 and the front doors were **locked**. The drive thru had vehicles out to the road. The wait excessively long. Was told one price at the order stop, charged another price at the pick up window. I asked the cashier for a receipt. Sorry the paper ran out. We don't have any more. Asked the cashier why the door was locked. Not enough staff. Got our order and since the last time we went there the order was wrong we stopped a few feet after paying to double check the order, as did most of the vehicles ahead of us. The last time we ate there the order was greasy too. This time the chicken was good. We won't be going back. I was shocked it had a 1 1/2 * rating. Not the kids fault. Management must be absent.
The food is good. Good tasty fries. Good chicken sandwich that's crispy if you remember to open the foil bag to let the steam out while you're driving home. Sometimes you'll perfectly get everything you ordered, and sometimes they'll forget to put sauce in your bag, even if you added sauces in your online shopping cart. It depends on the employee and time of day.

Hands down the worst KFC I have been to. The staff act annoyed that you're there trying to order food. Then if they get your order wrong they act even more annoyed, as if I'm an inconvenience for coming in. No sauces were included with my order either. Make sure to check your order before leaving the drive thru! If I could give 0 stars I would. A complaint has been filed with the cooperate office for how disrespectful the staff are. FYI KFC- there are plenty of people looking for work and plenty of people would show up and act like they care. Your current staff, mainly in the drive thru are awful.

Got my drive thru order wrong, implied I ordered the wrong thing. it was only rectified when person behind me who was given my order came in and requested a refund for her and her kids. Service here is not good. Even for a fast food location

Horrible costumer service. We ordered a “chicken sandwich combo” and didn’t receive our fries. We were handed the drink only. We got back in line to ask for our fries and the girl argued with us saying we never ordered a combo yet she handed us a drink. She laughed and said that now that we are in line we now HAVE to also pay for that drink that was given to us AND the fries. This makes absolutely no sense when the combo that we ordered has to Include it. She argued with us and shut us down by telling us she will hand us our receipt at the window to prove us wrong. Keep in mind she gave us attitude the whole time. We saw he looking for our order and the computer said “combo”. By the time we got to the window she had a male step in to hand us the fries . She wouldn’t even look at us nor handed us our promised receipt. IT WAS THE PREGNANT LADY AT THIS LOCATION. Then when we told the guy she gave us attitude he did not care at all. Please work on your costumer service. I felt a lot of aggressiveness from her. And after she saw she was wrong she didn't even apologize or talk to us.
