I placed an order last night for pick up today. After I made all my selections (wide array of items), I paid and then asked for a 5am pick up time since I had to drive to LA for an early meeting. They were hesitant since they open at 5am but then assured me everything would be ready. When I got to Mag's Donuts this morning just after 5am, my order was ready! Staff is not up for questions and seem very uninterested in being helpful. Make sure you know exactly what you want when ordering. Coffee goes great with donuts but it's not their specialty so don't expect too much.
