Everything I’ve tried has been delicious. The not so crispy chicken sandwich 10/10. The Italian sandwich is also a 8/10. Service is great. Even though it’s not a sit down restaurant, staff was accommodating, came over and asked if we needed anything, brought over sauces and picked up after us. Genuinely polite and smiling faces. Always adds to a wonderful overall experience.

Slow single cashier taking orders, took us 15 minutes just to order. Other stores have a self-order kiosk but they don't have one here. I wouldn't go back if the line was out the door, as it is just too slow.

Sandwiches are good here. Some bigger than others just to let you know. For example, if you get a sandwich on a ciabatta that's going to be a little bigger than if you get it on the sesame french roll. We like the Farm Club sandwich and the Not So Fried Chicken sandwich. You could change the bread on any sandwich which we like. And you could also make it a panini style if it isn't. Also love the different drinks/lemonades they have. Potato salad was delish as was the spicy curry couscous. The employees were very nice. I was disappointed though in the lady's bathroom, not only were they out of soap, which worries me that if an employee went in there they have no way to wash their hands, although I would hope if an employee did go in and noticed that they would fill it. And yes, I did let one of the employees know there was no soap. There's two stalls in the lady's bathroom and one does not have a lock. They do have a note on the door saying there's no lock but that's such an easy fix they need to get a lock on that door.

Ordered Steak and bacon sandwich. The taste and design of sandwich was amazing. We waited a while to get our food to be delivered to our table. Inside temperature was a little low. Receptionist was friendly. Foods were priced appropriately.

I visited Mendocino Farms for lunch and ordered the “Not So Fried” Chicken sandwich with a side of tangy mustard barbeque sauce. The sandwich was delicious and filling, with crispy chicken, herb aioli, mustard pickle slaw, tomatoes, and pickled red onions on a soft ciabatta bread. The sauce added a nice kick to the sandwich and complemented the flavors well.The place has a nice environment with plenty of seating options, both indoor and outdoor. It is located next to UCI, which makes it convenient for students and faculty. The service was friendly and fast, and the prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food.They also have a variety of other sandwiches, salads, and soups to choose from, as well as local craft beers and wine. I noticed they have a Kids Eat Free promotion on Thursdays, which is a great deal for families. I also saw they have a Peruvian Steak sandwich that looked tempting, so I might try that next time.Overall, I had a good experience at Mendocino Farms and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fresh and tasty lunch option in Irvine. It’s not your typical sandwich shop, but rather a place where you can enjoy some creative and chef-inspired dishes with quality ingredients.
