Parking one is horrible, but not even knocking any stars off if that because I can go to another location. Figure in Irvine it’d a bigger selection and better experience - juice bar employees just kept talking to each other and ignoring a big line of people. After I ordered and came back 10 mins later the drink wasn’t done and they wouldn’t even look up to acknowledge to say if I should come back or it’s almost ready.Customer service is definitely dwindling down these days but rest of the other employees made up for it. Besides that the other gal that works there said they forgot to charge me a little extra for the customized drink and looked at me if I was supposed to know. I just paid what they asked me to pay. Mind boggling.

I came here a couple weeks ago. I bought the breakfast burrito (egg burrito with vegan sausage). I usually get this one from the Mother's in Santa ana, near Main st.The burritos here at this location were all significantly lighter weight, and not as filled. Such a small amount for a heavy price. Then, I started looking at the chicken Caesar salads that I usually get from the Mother's, Santa ana. And, these only had a few slivers of chicken. Not worth the money for all that salad. And. Again, a heavy price for such a small amount. It has to be fair to the consumer, the amount for what they purchase. I was going to complain, but just kept moving along. Clearly, this store is cutting corners. Perhaps, it would be good to have re-training from the other stores. Mothers market in Brea has also been very good with their portions. I have been there as well. But, something is lacking here and it's not really fair to the customer and what they are paying for.

I love their coupons and specials. I stock up during their periodic Wellness Sales: 25% off Vitamins + Body Care products and their Monday $9.99 Organic + $6.99 Non-GMO Roasted Chickens (4:30pm - 7pm). Healthy and excellent supplements good eats.

For the past few months I’ve been coming here to get lunch between university classes. The only thing that kept me coming back was the delicious, wholesome food. Other than that, the staff are rude, dismissive, and sometimes flat out ignore you when you’re standing in line, clearly wanting to order/pick up an online order. Even when I’m the only one in line, I’ve had times where I’ve had to wait 5+ minutes for service—which is a LONG time, especially when there are 2 girls right on the other side of the counter, chatting with each other, all smiley and happy, and then when they finally decide to help me their smiles disappear and they treat me as though I’m wasting their time. I was so fed up with my experience yesterday that today I finally made the longer drive to the Costa Mesa location and now I’m never looking back. Staff and service there were fantastic. Quick, professional, and kind. I don’t know what’s up with Irvine’s staff, but clearly they’re having a rough time.

Usually high quality merchandise, reliable, just a bit more pricey and unique items.

We've ordered smoothies and acai bowls from here plenty of times and each time, the acai bowls are made differently. The last few times, we've the acai bowls made with blueberries and strawberries on top (which is what an acai bowl should look like), but when this young girl makes it, she does it carelessly. she only puts banana on top and blends it until its a complete watery soup. we brought it back to her and brought to her attention its lack of fruit on top. She did not listen to a word i said and added more fruit to the blend and turned it to a bigger soup. An acai bowl should not be 90% watery smoothie. it should have a balance of sliced fruit and granola... this is a travesty and needs attention asap

I can see why some will shop here since there are no other supermarkets nearby but for me this was way too expensive for the quality of the items. I would not recommend it. Rather drive a little further and find a Trader Joe's or a Bristol

Tried their food twice recently and the quality is definitely very average and quite frankly poorEverything was much greasier and poor quality. Definitely not worth going there for the food.Definitely if we had gone to Denny’s the food quality may have been better which is such a bummer because years ago their quality was better and honestly the service is run down tooSave your money, don’t go there for the food

3.75 starsBreakdown of ratingFood & juice 4 starsService 3 starsHours of operation 3 starsOverall this is a great place to eat healthy , you just need to find what best suits your palate. For me the aloha goddess juice and breakfast burrito with steamed veggies is it: delicious and nutritious and priced reasonably. The staff here however seem to be overworked and underpaid and always look tired and it shows in the lack of warmth unfortunately. But overall recommended place to eat and shop

I am a fan of the Mothers Market cafes, particularly when it comes to enjoying a breakfast or brunch on the weekends. However, one observation I've made is that they often seem to be severely understaffed. On this particular occasion, they had just one server covering the whole cafe for Sunday morning breakfast. Although the waitress appeared somewhat curt, I empathize with her given the workload she had to handle.Nonetheless, the food at Mothers Market cafes never fails to impress. Their food is always delicious, showcasing high-quality ingredients. I find their prices to be very reasonable, especially considering the freshness of the dishes. During my recent visit, I opted for the Mothers Breakfast Sandwich with a few modifications, while my mother ordered the seasonal item--French toast. It was the sunrise special and only cost $5 for the entree and a choice of tea or coffee. Both dishes exceeded our expectations, and we enjoyed our dining experience.Despite the challenges posed by the short-staffing and lack of help from the server, we had an overall wonderful time. We appreciate the food, reasonable pricing, and fresh ingredients. We would gladly return to Mothers Market cafes in the future for another satisfying meal.
