Delicious and excellent service, food and atmosphere. Our table had adorable Happy Birthday confetti ? The steaks melt in your mouth and if you’re going to get appetizers get the spicy shrimp ?. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting great steaks. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you love steak this is the restaurant for you! I highly recommend Ruth’s Chris Steak House! The food is top notch the service is impeccable very attentive staff. Delicious and memorable the appetizers are to die for, their sizzling crab cakes are a must try! Their steaks are cooked to perfection and practically melt in your mouth. What a treat!!

We made reservations a week in advance of celebrating our wedding anniversary on March 9, 2024. The only time they had available was 5:45pm. We accepted that as we had plans for after our dinner celebration. We arrived on time, and waited for a table for approximately 30 minutes, when we were finally seated,they actually put a table in the entry way of a dining room. We were shocked. I thought he was joking. I said this was not acceptable being in the doorway almost in the hallway, and he said that we could change tables, but we would again have to wait to be seated. There was an empty booth in this room, however he said it was not available and was reserved.Our server said he has to deal with this every week, and the management simply would not change seatingDuring our entire meal, servers and bussers were continually going behind my chair, bumping into me, through our entire meal. They did comp us an appetizer, but sadly that was kind of insulting.We did not let it spoil our evening, because we are just a happy couple.I did complain to the servers and even a manager came over to our table. Her remedy,?, was to offer us a better table on our next visit!! There won't be another visit.We spent about $300.00 for a dinner for two, not including tip.We thought maybe a candle in ice cream, maybe, an acknowledgment of our special day..They herd you in like cattle, and herd you out.Honestly, Orange County has several fine dining steakhouses, The hype about this restaurant is a overreach. The food was good, but not exceptional and the service is much.Truly it was a disappointment, but the rest of the evening was fine.I will add that you cannot avoid valet parking, $10.00 plus tip.

Had the most amazing dinner tonight. Per the usual, Ruth’s Chris steak was cooked to perfection and every side dish, app, was on point. What truly made our meal was the hospitality and kindness of our server, Arthur. He was friendly, witty, entertaining and gracious. We’ve stopped dining out as much as service has declined significantly since COVID. Arthur reminded us what it was like to be a guest at a restaurant. Truly a memorable experience and we will be returning and asking for him by name.The blackberry sidecar cocktail was potent and hit the spot. This was followed by a blueberry mojito, probably my favorite drink offering. Not too sweet, perfectly muddled and generous serving size.The crab stuffed mushrooms were delectable, as always. And the ahi tuna was a new app for me but it was served with a delicious wasabi sauce that perfectly complemented the fish.Stuffed chicken was a hit - but beware. There is A LOT of cheese there. This coming from a girl who has a whole cheese drawer in her fridge. Yes, there is a thing as too much cheese.Petite filet - cooked to perfection with a slightly pink medium center.Sides - creamed spinach, au gratin potatoes, brussel sprouts and lobster mac did not disappoint.Dessert - crème brûlée was one of the best I’ve had. The crunch of the brûlée was perfection and the custard a perfect consistency. The cheesecake had a wonderful crust and strawberry sauce while the chocolate sin cake stole my heart. A slight hint of espresso, this dense chocolate cake was an unexpected (and delightful) surprise. The apple crumb cake was also delicious and served with a perfect scoop of vanilla ice cream.You honestly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu here. We have celebrated many an anniversary, promotion or birthday at Ruth’s. Based on tonight’s experience we will continue to do so.Kudos to the team here, flawless execution in the dining room - bar area could improve as we waited for a drink but couldn’t get the bartenders attention. Arthur more than made up for that and we left as raving fans.Parking is tough - plan to use the valet to keep your experience a stress-free night out.Vegetarian options: Veg options but nothing veganParking: Small lot. Our server Jordan was fabulous-attentive and didn't rush our courses-perfectly timed! We have been to numerous Ruth's Chris-this one was perhaps the best! Perfectly cooked steaks-love the sizzle?

Our 11 oz fillet was supposed to be prepared medium rare, and it was very rare with a cold center . Also, our Seabass was undercooked, very tough and was very fishy tasting. This is not the normal Ruth Chris experience we normally expect or have had the many times in dining there. Also we ordered two kids slider burger meals only to be informed that there were no sliders and they had to select other meals . We also asked for pana bottled still water for the table and I specifically expressed we desired as much as needed . I asked for more water and glasses for the kids for the dessert round because they had had a lot of soda and we didn't receive enough glasses or water . I had to share my water with my daughter so she had water to drink. My husband shared with me and they both needed more filling for the entire dessert round . We were never brought any more water and the meal fell flat at that point . I never received a bag for our leftover wine so I hand carried the food out and used the bag provided for the food for the wine . I would like to add I normally don't do negative reviews but this was not good overall . We don't desire to go back . Also this was my brother and sister in law's first time there . Sad it wasn't as good as it has always been in the past . We don't desire to go back to this Ruth Chris . Very disappointed .

Thoroughly enjoyed another dinner on Feb 29th, 2024!We were celebrating with our family...James is the finest server we've ever had at RC! He is such a pro! His knowledge of the menu, and that he is a sommelier makes the experience ☆☆☆☆☆ stars every time! This is the best RC in the area! Managers are great! Bill, and now Jeremy always stop by the table to check in, what a nice touch! I find that service like this is becoming harder and harder to find. Restaurants in this category usually don't seem to care and are often snobby (Winery in NB, Flemings in NB)I know this is a big restaurant chain, but the way they're running their store/location is like that of an independent privately owned fine restaurant!We'll be back for more special celebrations ? and when we just want a great dinner!Thanks RC Irvine!I've been dining with you since you opened, lol !I was just a teenager dining with my mom & dad...

My boyfriend and I ate at this location last night (3/2/24), and I can without a shadow of a doubt say that the service was absolutely STELLAR. I would argue that it was the best service we had ever received at any restaurant we've been to. Not only was the host team kind, respectful, and punctual, but the manager came by multiple times and was the friendliest and most caring in checking in on us at the table throughout the whole experience, even during a busy Saturday night. The star of the show, however, was Allie, our server. She was the BRIGHTEST shining star and was the kindest, most welcoming, and amazing server we've ever had. She helped set up our entire experience with recommendations on appetizers, main courses, drinks, and more. She helped tailor our experience to make our Saturday night celebration the absolute BEST experience it could be, and we can't thank Allie enough for that wonderful experience. THANK YOU ALLIE!!

I've been going to Ruth's Chris for years but the last 2 times that I've been w/my family it has been a little disappointing. In Sept ‘23 my mom's rib eye was thinner than it had been in the past. On my most recent visit both my mom and husband had to send back their steaks - both were overcooked. Even though our waitress was fantastic, it took longer than it should have to receive our first and second order of drinks. I don't know if it was the fault of the waitress or bartender. We don't plan on going back because there are a lot of other steakhouses in Orange County.

I think our servers name was Mariah. I hope that was her name because she was AMAZING. Best service ever my husband and I have received so far. Weve been to many ruths chris locations before and her service was OUTSTANDING. Will definitely be back to that location and hopefully get the same service. Thank you so much. Refills were made every time without asking, all the food came out perfectly, cleanliness and tidiness were a 10, and she kindly packaged my leftovers. Also the gentleman that was helping her out, picking up the plates and making sure we had everything we needed. I didnt catch his name but if he was helping her in that section than hopefully they know who im talking about. Thank you once again
